Started with Gil to balance yoga and weight training. He's very easy to work with and was always prepared with workout plans to help me progress. Over the 20 sessions I grew more comfortable doing handstands without relying on a wall.
Working with Gretchen has been amazing. She responds to emails right away and is flexible with her time. We are a large company that is hosting yoga for our employees and Gretchen always makes them feel comfortable. She listens to what our employees want and tailors the sessions just for them. We couldn't be happier working with Gretchen!
My yoga session with Olivia went better than I ever could have imagined. Olivia was prompt in replying to my request for information. She was easy to schedule with. She emailed me a little form in advance so I could communicate my goals, experience, comfort level, etc. She arrived on time bringing mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, all the supplies needed for a beginner. I immediately felt comfortable with her. We spent a few minutes discussing yoga, expectations, etc. Olivia had prepared a routine or set of poses (she had another name for this but I can't remember it off the top of my head). It was challenging but not to the point that I felt it was too much or that I was in over my head. She encouraged me to stretch a little more if I could, explained why stretching and twisting is good for the body, and always focused on breathing. She'd make adjustments if I wasn't in proper position and I could notice the difference immediately. I enjoyed the music and the pace of the class very much. She has a pleasant voice that I found relaxing to listen to as she guided me through the routine. I can't wait for my next session!
Amy is one of the few yoga teachers I would go to, let alone recommend to people. Her practice is a wonderful blend of mindfulness and physical activity. She's always open to requests and tailoring the class to meet those participating. I can't recommend her highly enough. You can't go wrong.
Juliette is one of the most kind and positive people that I know. Her class is a mix of challenging postures and relaxing deep stretches. It's the perfect balance! You will have fun in her class and afterward feel rejuvenated and refreshed. She is an amazing teacher and human!
I have been working with Kelly a couple of months for posture & flexibility. I am in my late 40s & am quite inexperienced when it comes to yoga. Kelly is an excellent instructor. She has helped me so much in a short amount of time. She always has a great routine thought out with a lot of variety each week. I would highly recommend her.

Omg, this girl just taught me some acrobatic moves and advanced yoga moves. omg, omg, omg. I have always wanted to be more acrobatic and I started working out with her about 2 months ago. I usually go to the gym where she trains at and its so nice inside and when she is showing her workout, other people usually star at us because her stuff is so bad ass and so so cool. As a guy, its good to be able to impress his girl, I am working on my handstand secretly with this badass trainer. My girl friend even notices and says, "are you working out? you look so much shredded". I am not my old ME anymore!!

I had great experience with Shimeng. Her classes were really catered to my conditions. I have lower back pain and my shoulders are tight. So during the classes, She would focus on keeping a good form and let me do postures that are really amazing to release the lower back pain. Shes always on time and really friendly. Id definitely recommend her to anyone who wants a customized yoga lesson and really learn it in a safe and effective way.
Victoria helped me with the issues I came in for and also addressed some things I didn't know I needed. She has great insights and is very gifted as a healer. I saw results within the first few days of our session. I went to her for 3 consecutive sessions and now only go in if I feel out of balance or if I have something important going on in my life. I also appreciate that the way she goes about the healing is as a witness. That resonated for me. The yoga studio she works out of is clean and comfortable. There was plenty of street parking. But if you don't want to come out, she does remote sessions also. I prefer remote sessions because I don't have to factor travel time in. I highly recommend her.
We had a group of 10 girls for a bachelorette party in Malibu! I am so happy we selected Stacey to instruct yoga on the beach!! She was incredibly quick to reply, professional and prompt! We were mostly beginners and wanted to have a casual yoga session! She was very detailed in the movements/practice but at the same time tailored the class to her audience and kept it very lighthearted. Loved her jokes ;) At the end, she provided the bachelorette with a card congratulating her on the upcoming wedding! What a thoughtful touch! Too bad she didn't live in Texas otherwise I'd def be using her more! Thank you again Stacey for such a wonderful morning!
I love Madi. She's corrected my form, pushed me gently to my limits, taught me more about my body... I cannot recommend her enough. An absolute professional. So gentle, sweet, funny. She's giving me so much prep for my future yoga teacher training too! I LOVE MADI! Take a private from her when you can.
I was originally looking for a personal trainer and never thought I was one to do yoga. When Maya came along with her knowledge of the body, muscles and mind it blew me out of this world. I take lessons whenever I can to not only relax but also build muscle and self awareness. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is looking to achieve a fitness goal, try something new, or looking for some sort of meditation.
