John has been my handyman for years. He has worked on countless projects, painting, honey-do lists, laying new sod, you name it he has done it. I have found him to be honest, reliable, very easy to work with, upfront about costs, very reasonably priced and super knowledgeable. This review has been a long time coming but last night he went above and beyond. Last night I walked into the kitchen and there was water everywhere! I call John at 11:30pm and he was at my house within 30 minutes even though his son was not feeling well. He fixed a broken pipe under the sink thank God he had the parts with him to solder the pipe back together and then he cleaned up the huge mess for me. To top it off he charged his regular rate, not extra because it was after hours. Thank you!!

John worked for me at Nikko Kennel as a general EVERYTHING! He was quite the lifesaver and is able to stay within budget needs, when a water main broke, pouring a sidewalk, repairing plumbing, painting, landscaping and rebuilding cabinets, closets. My project was installation of a metal and wood security screen door. He was on time for the job. The job required more work, the frame had to be cut. He did that but did not have the tool to finish the job, which was tightening the bolts down to the door was flush. First he told me he had to leave by 4 because he had to be at another job, and then he told me he had to be there by 7. Then he asked if he could come back the next day to finish the job as early as 7:30 a.m Then he asked if he could come at the end of the day. The next morning he called around 10 and said he was on his way. Then he called back and said he had a personal issue to take care of, a sick child. I totally understand that but asked him to please keep me posted and he told me he was a good communicator. Never heard back from him. The job is not complete but that's ok because I only paid him half. The door still needs to be tightened flush and he also told me he would caulk and spot paint for me. The reason I gave this a 2 star rating is because 1., I don't think he was prepared to complete the job. 2. I totally understand when there is a family emergency but what I don't understand or tolerate is someone who is not reliable or good to their word. If you can't give me the courtesy of a 2 minute phone call, I can't do business with you. Skill is important but for me, reliability, trustworthiness and open lines of communication are just as important if not more important. One and done.

I like to make sure that they are choosing the rite kinda of company for the job they want do . If iam a good fit for there needs then we will move forward from there to get the job done as quickly and with the best craftmanship i can give
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Nessity had problems finding a company i could trust with working on my moms home so i not the type of person that belives i cant do something just because i have never done it before
What types of customers have you worked with?
Home owners, business owners ,house wives, brokers,agents and family which is always the hardest !
