Windows 10 was totally corrupted on laptop and wouldn't boot other than black screen. Jeff was able to fix issue, re-load Windows 10 and now laptop is like new. Additionally, Jeff assisted me with Outlook issues on my Mac. He is great and would highly recommend him
George transferred my data files from my dead PC on to an external hard drive. I am now able to transfer the data I want to keep on to my new MAC laptop. He was very patient with me by answering my concerns and explaining the process. I needed the job completed quickly as I needed my genealogy information for an upcoming family reunion. After downloading the free Windows 10 upgrade, my laptop will not boot up and displays grey screen; after contacting Microsoft Support & Dell Support, my computer (Dell Inspiron 15R N5110) was not compatible with Windows 10. Erik fixed my computer, in two hours, back to running Windows 7 Home Premium. The scary thing is I got a 'pop up' message from Microsoft, that Windows 10 free upgrade is scheduled in 3 hrs. today, I immediately cancelled it. Note the free upgrade to Windows 10 expires in July 2016
Andy & Allen were great! My pc crashed and I could not log on at at... I was worried all my data was lost, but they were able to retrieve all my data (over 500MB). I was so grateful not to have to buy a new laptop. They did charge me a $80.00 evaluation fee, which they told be about upfront, but it was applied to the overall fees for the repair. My total bill (including deposit) was $320.00. Several other repair reps from Thumbtack quoted me over the phone prices of $1800.00 or more, so not only did I get a bargain, but I did not have to ship my pc out of town, but was able to support a local business, and have face to face contact with the company. One last thing, I had a small issue with some of the anti-virus software they installed, but with a phone conference (totally free of charge) all was resolved. I would highly recommend this company.

He travels far beyond the mundane to seek out exotic challenges. This is a rare technician, indeed, who thrives on the most difficult computer problems, never resting until they're conquered. I've never found any technician that can compare with Jeff's outstanding skills, knowledge, ability and dedication.
