Searching for a personal trainer is... well very personal. I’ve talked and met with several personal trainers since I began my search and when I met with Mark we just connected. I brought along a legal pad filled with questions and he answered every single one of them without rushing me. In fact, we met for an hour and a half. His follow through was professional and objective without being overbearing or making me feel pressured. Mr Ram. I was expecting your review. thank you so now however as always there is always two sides to a story.. here is exactly what happened.. Mr Ram and I meet for a intro and right since the beginning I knew this was going to be a thought one for me. he showed up 15 min late but still proceed to continue. After our initial into. we agreed to train for 12 sessions. which you paid me upfront .. after that we agreed to meet the following wenesday.. to which you didn't show.. as of curtsey I always wait 15 min.. you claimed over our text that you called me about 20 times and you texted me which is not true at all I have zero records of you calling me 20 times the day of. I do however have a text message from you but 30 min after our original time set. After that I was still kind enough not to burn the session and move it to Friday... and then. you texted me thrusday saying that you can't make it to Friday because of work and if we could train Saturday instead of which I said that I wasn't available but see what I could do because I do have clients on Saturday mornings.. after that we had 3 successful sessions and in a serious of unfortunate events I had a family emergency and had to leave .. I explained my situation to you and even when out of my way to give you workouts to do while I was away.. to which your reply to my situation was heartless and very inconsiderate.. after I got back you mentioned that you had to leave back to India.. which I knew already and you decided not to continue training with me .. not because I didn't want to. . no because you are going back home.. now in summary.. you paid me for 12 sessions 5 were burned and I did refounded the remaining balance to you sir... I did not took your money. I just took the mouth of sessions used .. and yes we did not complete our training because you are going back home ... thank you for the opportunity and wish you the best of luck!

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?once I received your request I send you a detailed quote of what I offer and my price per session. once you respond to my quote we schedule I'll schedule a free consultation this is so we can get to know each other and see if I am the right fit for you. after you decided to work with me. we will work on times and dates we will meet. the following steps are simple in order to help you reach your goals. I'll ask you to track down what you eat. from here I will develop a nutrition plan that will be just for you while I am doing this. I will also work on your workout regiment and also provide you access to my app, so you can keep on track and also access workouts to do on the days that you are not meeting me. this way I have found to be the most efficient and effective way to keep you accountable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Kinesiology degree a NSCA \ C.S.C.S certification (certified streght and conditioning) this certification is the one of the highest in the fitness field as you are required to have a college degree in order to obtain such certification. I also hold a Nutritionist and Dietitian Certifications as well as an MMA (mix martial arts certification) all my certifications are current and update.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I have worked with all types of shapes and sizes. from kids to older adults, from Strenght and conditioning to more specific workouts. I also provide self defense and MMA classes.
