- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on how soiled the house is, my rates may go up from 10.00 or 12.00 to 15.00 but no more. If the house takes more time than intended I will communicate this as I clean to my client so they are not surprised with an unexpected bill. I believe in fair, reasonable rates that are affordable for clients. Please call any time for quote and we can work something out !
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Kitchen: (including dishes, sweeping, mopping, waxing, dusting, wiping down surfaces, organization if requested, microwave cleaning, oven and fridge cleaning, taking out any trash/recycling.) Bathrooms: (including floors, wiping down counters, cleaning toilet and area around, scrubbing tubs and showers, cleaning mirrors and metal fixtures, wiping down base boards, washing shower curtains if needed, taking out trash). Living room/Den: (includes dusting, wiping down surfaces, window cleaning, carpet spot cleaning and vaccuming, organization if requested, cleaning around and in inner areas of couches and arm chairs, and some febreeze or fabric refresher to top it off. More tasks may be added if requested.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently cleaned the inside of a house that had been renovated to be a men's sober living home. This was a 1700 sq. foot house, three bedroom, two bath, in a residential area in central Redding. This job included sweeping, mopping, waxing wood floors, kitchen clean up, dishes, floors, window cleaning, bathroom cleaning (mirrors, counter tops, fixtures, toilet, tub, floor, and vacuuming or washing of bath mats) Tile cleaning, vacuuming bedrooms, picking up trash and leftover debris from the remodel, removing paint spots from the wood flooring, wiping all base boards, vacuuming and dusting the living room This job took 5 1/2 hours and payment was $50.00.
