- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Bundle the Photo Booth, DJ services and up lighting for a pro looking wedding and it comes to roughly $1495 + travel. Just dj services, roughly $1095 for a wedding which spans the 2pm arrival hour through to 10pm. Add $125 for additional hours past 10pm usually. Photo booth alone is $425 for 3 hours, plus travel. Lighting is $50 each 100ft of bistro market style strands (and we have over 1500 lineal feet) or choose 8 LED uplights for $120 plus set up and delivery fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer hears about our professionalism and great reviews, they want their event to turn out as well as that other person's event so they contact us. We respond in under 24 hours almost always. We describe our services and pricing for lighting, sound, DJing, concert production, strand lights, etc., then we send a follow up email with the quote - or schedule a sit down to meet face to face. 90% of inquiring people deposits within a week (because they like what they see and they know our calendar books up quickly.) After depositing, the date is locked and we are in communication regarding details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Netsound owner, Jon Thompson, was in a band and led bands for over 20 years. Jon and his team runs sound for high visibility concerts, conferences and events all over for close to a decade now.
