- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with efficiency and purpose so a four hour session is very productive and usually helps you complete an entire room.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we concentrate on what to keep and what to let go of. That allows us to get to know the client and what they would like to store. Then, we develop personalized systems for organizing those things that this specific person can easily maintain.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is no formal training or licensing for organizers. We look for people who are naturally organized, understand the disorganized client and are compassionate.
