I had a great session! He assisted me every step of the way, answered any questions I had. Super encouraging which is needed when I felt like giving up. Also pinpointed things I didn’t notice in my everyday workouts. I felt the differences immediately. I’d recommend to anyone that wanted/needed a trainer, he’s the real deal!
