- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer a selection of Property Management packages that are customized for each owners to best fit their properties needs. From move in to move out, we've got you covered. Give us a call, we'll take care of it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Orange Tree PM prides itself in getting to know our owners and properties needs by making each of their units a priority in what ever stage their rental may be in. We take the time to meet each of our owners and tour the property prior to signing up to ensure we are giving them the best information and packages to fit their needs. After the initial walk through of the home, we will sit down with the owners face to face to review the process of what we do, provide a rental analysis of their home, review our packages and prices and provide insight and our professional opinion to back up what they need in a property management company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Alan Hull has over 30 years of business administration experience in the healthcare industry. He has owned & managed his own rental properties for over 25 years. He brings this unique administrative & management perspective to property management. His goal is to bring his administrative experience to managing rental properties the way he managed businesses.
