JJ and I have started an intense workout regimen that quite frankly is kicking my a@%... but is exactly what I need to get back into shape both in muscle tone and cardiovascular stamina. He is at once approachable and friendly, he doesn't shout but will hold you to pushing yourself as far as you can go, and then a little more. If you are committed to getting into shape, I HIGHLY recommend meeting up with JJ. He is also extremely knowledgeable regarding nutrition and will literally answer any nutrition questions I have as often as I have them throughout the day via text in a very quick manner. I also really love the variety of workouts he has led me through: weigh training, intense cardio, interval training, boxing/martial arts... I'm pretty convinced he can do anything. Three things you should know: 1. You will sweat... a lot! 2. You will be sore... really sore. 3. You will have a good time through it.
OJ is 1 of the best personal trainers I've ever come into contact with. For starters, your initial meeting is a workout created to personalize your strengths and weaknesses for future sessions. Afterwards, he speaks with you regarding your target goals, time frame, ideal weight etc. Meanwhile, he's compiling a special profile just for you in his computer. He sends weekly updates on your progress like: body fat percentage and weight loss/gain. In addition, he also sends motivational text messages during the week. He really is the most professional personal trainer I've ever encountered. I'm just 3 weeks into my training sessions and I'm already seeing results. Thanks OJ!

Paul is an extremely professional, friendly and helpful trainer! He is experienced and knows what he is doing. He gives out meal plans and excercises that is suitable for my level. I have been training with him for three months now, results are obvious and satisfying! I am really happy with Paul and would recommend him with no doubts!
Manuk gave me an absolutely 5 STAR work out EVERY SINGLE SESSION. Honestly if you are serious about your body goals and are going to commit to work out and have a healthier eating, I totally recommend going to Manuk for training, you would be working hard and he won't give up on you. He really knows what he is doing and was able to answer every doubt I had about the proper way to do any exercise, doubts about the diet I was having before and why I was not seeing results in other gyms or training by myself. I had a great experience and changed the way I was training for the best, so I thought it would we worth to leave 5 stars here, so hopefully this is helpful for anybody who is willing to work hard and wants to achieve great results on their body.

Excellent coach, he's very committed, enthusiastic but respectful at the same time. I have been training with him for two months now and since the first week I could see results. The session goes from lifting weights to self defence, he really makes the work out to your necessities, pushes you to give your best.
Meghan Aro is an embodiment of beauty and physical strength. She always inspired me to go beyond my limits and with her guidance and training, I became not only physically but also mentally strong. I have lost 30 lbs, completed a 26.2mile marathon, and am currently training for a half Ironman. Meghan is an exceptional trainer who educates her clients about their bodies and provides not just exercise but also nutritional advice. She customizes and centers her workouts around the client. I have been working with Sandy for about two months. She has been fantastic to deal with. She is knowledgeable, motivating, and her work-outs kick butt!! Sandy has been very flexible in scheduling appointments and she is always on time. The sessions she has created for me have been an excellent mix of cardio, strength training, and AB work. None of the sessions have been boring! I highly recommend her services!!
The personal training with Chris was very effective and good fun. He developed a specialized training routine for strength and coordination for me. Besides that he was friendly and professional. I will definitely book more sessions with him and would recommend him to everybody for personal trainings.

I just want to start off by saying thanks a lot for the great workout Jacob! My arms and legs feel like noodles! Jacob has a great attitude and made the time he was training me enjoyable, even tho I was sweating and my body was feeling the burn! I highly recommend Luis as your personal trainer. I am a female who has worked out with him for over a year now. He promised me I wouldn't 'bulk' up, but rather slim down and get more toned. He was correct! I am down several sizes and still going. The personal one-on-one training is great and his positive attitude keeps me coming back for more!

Chris is a great trainer and really knows his stuff. For many people, it’s tough to take that leap and hire a personal trainer to get in shape. It’s especially tough if you haven’t done any weight training before. However, Chris will teach and work with you no matter what your abilities are. He’s funny and keeps the intensity at the right level to see results while still being able to enjoy it. After working out with Chris, I feel refreshed. I don’t feel overworked, exhausted, or too sore. I’d highly recommend Chris to anyone who wants to improve their health, body, and happiness.
Coach Sarah's method is - not to be dramatic - life changing. After motherhood changed my body completely, my only goal in teaming up with Sarah was to "get feet on pavement" as she said. Literally that's all I wanted -- Accountability and motivation to get me out jogging. Then it turned into a 10k race that I won medal that said "top 100 female finisher" (not many people at the race but it's still a victory!) which now turned into half marathon training! In 2009, I said to myself "never running a half marathon again" after my first Disneyland Half, and in 4 weeks I'll run my 2nd. All because her method restored this mamma's "runner's high." She's sweet, incredibly encouraging, but tough! Thank you coach for giving me back my love of running!
