Introduction: Hi, my name is Shiela! I am a mobile massage therapist and graduate of the Edgar Cayce Center with over 700 hours of training. That plus a 200 hr yoga certification has given me a strong knowledge of human anatomy. Treating the body holistically, and finding the root cause of pain is a key factor in my approach. My work can help those suffering with chronic pain, athletes looking to improve performance, or anyone seeking overall wellness. Other services I offer: •sports massage •cupping •percussive massage tool •e-stim •hot stone •ice massage •yoga instruction ☆All products are 100% organic and natural. Products may contain nuts, please mention any allergies before the time of appointment. ☆☆Prices may vary from what's shown depending on the service. ☆☆☆As therapists, we pay when you send us an inquiry, so if you are interested in booking with me, please only contact me. Please only inquire if you are ready book. (when you send a message to a therapist, we pay for it whether or not you respond or book.) Some people weren't aware of this. I have listed my contact info in my photos section, feel free to call or text. Thank You!

Shiela is a lifesaver! I messaged her very last minute needing an appointment for an injured family member who was having bad lower back pain after a fall. She was quick to respond and make herself available to come over that same day. Have invited her back several times and will continue to use her services. Professional and kind would recommend to anyone needing massage therapy in the area.

She made me very comfortable during my massage. The pressure and the heat of her hands connected with my body receiving my pain and discomfort. I book another appointment soon.

Not every massage therapist has the touch. Sheila blends a gentle touch with firm pressure for the the right mix of sooth and massage. 90 minutes went by way too fast.
