I really enjoy taking the Tai Chi and Chi Kung for Health class from Richard. His class emphasizes breathing, balance, and energizing your body - something we all need. He is a very knowledgeable and patient teacher. I wish I would have started taking the class from him many years ago.

Started with Gil to balance yoga and weight training. He's very easy to work with and was always prepared with workout plans to help me progress. Over the 20 sessions I grew more comfortable doing handstands without relying on a wall.

Gene is a wonderful Tai Chi master. The Yang style Tai Chi which I learned from him is a very subtle martial art ,it's hard to get the touch based on my learning experience in china.but, only after few lessons ,I found the feeling of being present, and became much more flexible than the very beginning.he is not the teacher who only show you the form.He focus on how the forms change the energy and how to apply to self defense.

About

I can provide instruction in tai chi, a soft or internal form of kung fu I learned as a former 10-year student in the Seattle Kung Fu Club. Founder and creator, Si Fu S. S. John Leong, formed the club over 50 years ago bringing his extensive training and experiences from China. I also offer classes instructing in a sit-down form of tai chi, developed by Si Fu Jesse Tsao, from Tai Chi Pathways in San Diego. This form is excellent for those with some physical limitations or for many of us who sit at computers all day or who have traveled several hours on a plane (as one example).

I am passionate about teaching and about the material I am teaching. I also have flexible hours and offer fairer prices than most other instructors as I put teaching and developing a positive group of students over profit.

I always enjoy Patricia's yoga and tai chi classes. She has so much talent, and an amazing positive, uplifting spirit that I find so encouraging. Her voice, her words and pacing put me in the perfect zen state; she's a natural. I like how with her instruction she weaves in positive feedback and inspiring words of mindfulness. Her teaching is so rich because she can teach at multiple levels: not just about the physical techniques, but also conveying the spirit and purpose behind the movements. I've used her mindfulness meditations in stressful situations at work and job interviews and found inner calm that renewed my strength and focus. I definitely recommend her for yoga and tai chi, whether in a class or private session!

About

There are two things you have to ask yourself before you learn something: Is this right or wrong? There's a lot of information on the web, but it is not easy to find the right one and "if this is right for me." It might work for someone, but it's not sure for you. It is even hard specifically for golf and chi energy training. I have more than 20 years of experience for both fields. You will see the difference once you learn from me.

My children have been under the instruction of Reginald Venson for years and I couldn't be happier with our experience. He disciplines all the children but with a certain level of compassion and encouragement. He has helped my boys perfect their karate skills and also makes sure they are successful in school. Its been a pleasure working with him.

About

I offer an ancient art taught in a modern style. I teach one of the oldest forms of tai chi, the hidden tradition of the Yang style of tai chi chuan. The roots of the art are still present in this style, making it a powerful healing form, as well as a complete martial art. It is a perfect form of self-defense (both physical and emotional) for our modern times.
