- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To get the exact pricing it is always best for me to speak with my customers on the phone for a few minutes. With my 25 + years of experience in booking travel, speaking with my customer allows me to use all of my resources to get the best vacation for them at a price that works for them!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone consultation, followed by a detailed emailed price quote, then we can make adjustments as needed then when the desired travel package is booked I obtain a credit card deposit then final payment followed by detailed documents emailed or mailed to my clients. I am also always available to answer questions during the entire process and I also always follow up after the trip to make sure that they had the best trip ever!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the travel business for over 30 years and am recognized by the Global travel marketplace and Travel Age West Magazine as one of the top agents in my field! I have a Seller of travel License and International Association of Travel Agents Certification. I also have many certifications of expertise in travel from: Hawaii, Mexico, Family Travel and many, many others!
