- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very budget conscious - we don't charge extra for the small accessories that make it all work. All pricing is by competitive quote, per event. Volume discounts applied for larger or multiple day events. You will not find a better value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we begin with a discussion of the vision and budget for the event. Then, after an exchange of information regarding the specific technical needs of the event and performers or presenters, especially sound, lighting, staging, instruments or any AV needs, we will propose a cost effective solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of on-the-job training. Specifically learning the operations of dozens of complex pieces of analog and digital audio-processing equipment, software, and standards such as DMX, MIDI, Dante, IP networking protocols.
