I am extremely glad we found Steve. He was knowledgeable and very determined to remedy the problem we were having with our desktop PC, which was not a simple one. The entire experience was very gratifying; and from here on out we will consider him out go-to computer repairman.

I was very delighted with Steve's service. Steve is personable, knows what he's doing, and his prices are reasonable. Steve is obviously dedicated to customer service and I was very pleased. I am a computer dunce myself and he went through all my stuff and took care of it for me. I would definitely recommend Steve to my family and friends and would use his service again if needed.

I had an especially gnarly issue with my wifi access. I had tried everything, including all the microsoft troubleshooting tips. Nothing worked. Steve showed up the very next day and continued working on the problem until it finally was fixed. He was prompt, professional, and highly skilled. Overall Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac systems support, including printer installation, wireless network installation, virus elimination, computer tune-up, email configuration, iTunes set up, backup system establishment, iPhone/iPad/iPod help, migration from old computer to new computer, general computer repair and upgrade, computer rebuild, software installation, and remote support.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Take the time to check their references and ask questions about how they approach the job and estimate the time it will take.
