- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to start by connecting with them via a call or in-person meeting so that I can learn more about the event and the customer's vision for it. At the beginning, I focus on really listening to the customer to make sure that I understand the scope of the event and what they want from me. From there, I try to ask insightful questions that allow me to get to know the details of both the event and get to know my customer so I can really tailor the event to them and make sure that their event is as unique as they are.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got my start in 2009 managing educational events for optometrists and learning way more than I ever wanted to know about eye diseases. In 2014, I started managing more fun and creative events including birthdays, showers, weddings, and more!
