Robyn made my bridal shower a total surprise! I was not expecting it at all. It was based on me, as the theme was what I love best, horses. I could tell she had spent so much time researching to find decorations and party favors that would make my bridal shower so special. She also helped plan my backyard wedding. I'm not a very good party planner myself so had no idea where to start. When I hired her, she stepped right in and took the control I was looking for. Wedding and Event Decorating
Robyn helped me decorate and plan a casino themed party, and she was responsible and did an amazing job with decorations. She made sure to meet me near my home for planning meetings and also met at the event location. We Carmen up with plans by texting photos of the desired decor and she decorated accordingly. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When working with a new customer, I like to start by connecting with them via a call or in-person meeting so that I can learn more about the event and the customer's vision for it. At the beginning, I focus on really listening to the customer to make sure that I understand the scope of the event and what they want from me. From there, I try to ask insightful questions that allow me to get to know the details of both the event and get to know my customer so I can really tailor the event to them and make sure that their event is as unique as they are.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I got my start in 2009 managing educational events for optometrists and learning way more than I ever wanted to know about eye diseases. In 2014, I started managing more fun and creative events including birthdays, showers, weddings, and more!
