Max is awesome! I came to Max pretty far along with my weight loss journey, I had already lost about 150 lb and had quite a bit of muscle loss as well as loose skin. After three weeks my body fat % has gone down and I am in the best shape I have ever been! I only wish I had started sooner! Max is super easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and funny! He got me on supplements and helped me tinker with my diet until it was were it needed to be. He also got me signed up with various fitness apps that track food, fitness, progress etc. He keeps the workouts exciting and changes it up every time which is awesome because that's exactly why the gym can get boring on your own. Not to mention he helps you stretch out at the end which is very much needed for sore muscles! Hands down one of the best investments I have ever made.

I recently had shoulder surgery and gained some weight and got out of serious shape. I decided I needed some professional assistance to get me back in the mix. So I searched and I found Max Rocans of Reboot Health. His semi private gym is in RWC near Atherton. I purchased a package of 20 sessions and he has gone above and beyond helping with supplements, nutrition and even planing work outs for me when I can't make it to the gym. Max trains people from 5 years old to 80+ and creates the program specific to your needs. He personally competes in fitness competitions and running events up to Marathons. I have completed 20 of my sessions and have already lost 20 lbs and plan to keep the fitness going and I just signed up for 20 more sessions w Max. Hope to see you there! Dave

I’ve been training with Max for a year now and I couldn’t be happier with my results! Max is a great guy and trainer, respectful, funny, but will push you to achieve your goals. The first day, we sat down and outline my personal goals and even designed and meal plan that breaks down what percentage of fats to carbs to proteins. After that, you’ll have a mini workout session where he asses your overal strength and flexibility. We review my food diary as well as take measurements ever few weeks to make sure I stay on track. The workouts can be intense; alternating lower and upper body days and after each session he’ll help you stretch. By far, the best trainer I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to see my progress in another year’s time!

I've been training with Max for almost a year now, and I can't say enough about how much he's helped me change my life around for the better and see what is possible. Max is both professional and personable, extremely knowledgeable, and loves to help people achieve goals they never thought they could achieve. I started with him at another gym, and followed him to his new gym (along with countless other loyal clients) because he is so awesome. I've even brought my (very fit) husband to work out with Max, and he admits Max gives him a good butt kicking. He's definitely an elite trainer, and works well with folks at ALL fitness levels. Max has showed me that even though I never played sports or done anything "athletic" like running or even riding a bike, I can still be an athlete. He's helped me see how strong I can be and provides me with the encouragement I need to get through the hardest days. I still have a long road ahead of me, but for the first time in my life I think it's possible for me to someday complete a Spartan Race or even a Tough Mudder - all thanks to Max. I highly recommend him - you won't regret it, and your body, mind, and soul will thank you for it!

Max is a professional. He put together a comprehensive plan for me to lose weight and get in better shape and in three weeks I've lost 8 pounds and 3% body fat. He is very engaged in helping me meet my goals, extremely focused on my problem areas so I avoid injury, and working on long term change for better long term behaviors and results.
