- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please visit my website and schedule a Free 50 minute session so you can try it out. This is a full session, so come prepared to discuss your needs and goals so we can get right to work. Clients are free to schedule one session at a time or purchase a discount package. There's no fine print, and no strings attached. My focus is on meeting my client’s needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I draw from my experience with a variety of methods and tools to clarify the needs and goals of individual clients. We then work together to craft an individualized plan for moving forward. Everyone is different. Please note: I hope my process is deeply supportive and very effective, however, my services should not be used as a substitute for psychotherapy. I am not a therapist/physician. I do not offer healthcare/legal/financial/tax or any other regulated services of any kind. Please ask me as often as questions arise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of experience managing people and projects in a variety of health and human service environments. I have a BS degree in Management of Human Resources along with specific training in Empathy, Positive Intelligence, and Motivational Communication. This is a deep and diverse well that spans interpersonal relationships, functional operations, and business processes that leave me uniquely positioned to contribute to a broad range of issues, situations, and subject matter.
