Sessions are 1 hour in length and sold in packages of 5,10,20 From $75 - $105 per session Video Sessions are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first meet for a free consultation to discuss goals and perform an assessment. Then a fitness program is developed to reach these goals quickly and safley.
