My sister of another mister was getting married, and finding the right stylist was a challenge! Samantha was our saving grace! She met with us ahead of time to get the full picture. When the big day arrived, Samantha set up, kept up the pace, and had as all in smiles and giggles! Her attention to detail, and airbrush makeup made for flawless looks. The kind of stress relief every girl needs in the big day. We all left feeling beautiful, and pumped up.

Samantha has done my hair several times including fixing an error from another stylist. She chooses the products to wash and treat your hair according to your individual needs. The shampoo/conditioning is very invigorating and relaxing. She pays close attention to fine detail. She also suggests products you can purchase to further care for your hair to maintain good hair health. Highly recommend!

Samantha was an absolute doll and complete professional about our Wedding and I could not say enough nice things about her work. She made everyone from my flower girl to my mom feel amazing and special. Her prices could not be beat and the quality of the work was very good. She and her employee whose name eludes me at the moment worked within a tight timeline. In regards to my hair as the bride, she accepts nothing but perfection and even went out of her way to talk with me about what I liked and disliked completing 2 hair trials so I had complete confidence on my wedding day. Thumbtack can be a scary experience especially for your big day but Samantha is a worry free zone and she'll make sure you are the most important and most beautiful you can be. This is a really hard review for me to write. I hired Samantha as my hair and makeup artist for my wedding. The trial for hair and makeup (done separately) both went very well, and she took pictures to remember exactly the hairstyle we decided on. I also hired her assistant, Rebecca, and her for the full day on the wedding day to stick around for touchups. They both showed up on time and were very nice and fun during the entire morning process. The moms, bridesmaids and myself all looked wonderful! However, things began to go downhill in the evening for touch ups. At one point when I went to the holding room for a touch up, it was very clear that they had been drinking while waiting around all day. My eyes already hate being poked at and here was a drunk person coming at my eyes with a sharp q-tip to remove eyelash glue that was misapplied due to the applicator being drunk! (My wedding planner had to step in to fix my eyes herself.) I almost missed our entrance into the reception because she smeared mascara on my eyelid and was trying to rub it off as they were calling us to enter. I also heard (from my wedding planner) they were getting drinks from our open bar and dancing on the dance floor with our guests after their time was up and they were supposed to have left. Very unprofessional. :( So in summary, Samantha and Rebecca did a GREAT job with the hair and makeup for the entire bridal party... when they were sober. I hope they both learned how to behave better at an all-day assignment from this mishap, because the job they did in the morning really was awesome. But drinking on the job is a huge no-no, and it was the unprofessionalism in the evening that left a bad taste in everyone's mouth.

We had to complete a multi-day video shoot with very little time. At the eleventh hour it was decided we also needed a makeup artist. Samantha was able to come in with almost notice and work her artistry on our team in a short amount of time. The results were stunning. She was prompt, professional, and made everyone look their natural best on camera. We highly recommend her.
