I can't add much to the reviews previously posted. Becky is a true professional and would make a great choice for a person who is starting out, or has been working out for many years. I was a gym rat for several years, until I suffered a back injury that led to my retirement. After 2 years of being away from any physical workouts (other than physical therapy) I decided to give it a try. After discussing my limitations with several trainers, I learned it was going to be an ordeal to find one to work with me. Becky accepted the challenge, and made it very clear I would not do anything to jeopardize my back. I've been with her now for 7 months, and rate her as the best trainer I've ever worked out with. Fair warning: be prepared to sweat! You will get an intense workout, and it will be worth the time, effort, and money spent. Randy B.

I had a total knee replacement about 3 months ago. I was suffering from IT band syndrome enough so I could no longer do physical therapy. I’m seeing different doctors, acupuncture and a chiropractor to make it better. No help. In 1 hour she massaged the adhesions out now i have almost no pain. I wish I would have found her earlier. I would have been way ahead with my recovery, and she did not cause me any pain

It is vital to communicate your feelings of pressure during session. Reflexology [$25] The theory behind Reflexology is that there are reflex points on hands and feet that correspond to all the parts of the entire body, including bones, muscles, organs, tissues, and glands. By stimulating these reflex points with thumb and fingers via massage techniques, different healing benefits can be felt throughout the body, pressure is applied to clear out congestion and restore normal functioning; reflexology does help relieve pain associated with migraine, sinus problems, breathing disorders, digestive problems, circulatory problems, back problems, tension, and stress. It is considered to be a deeply relaxing and therapeutic modality. Reflexology is a holistic healing technique that aims to treat the individual as a whole, in order to induce a state of balance in body, mind, and spirit. 30 min. sessions only. Shiatsu [$25] Shiatsu is a Japanese style of bodywork, literally meaning finger pressure. It is a system of healing and health maintenance based on your body’s natural energy, called Qi (in Japanese) or Chi (in Chinese). This energy runs all over our bodies in pathways called meridians. The meridians run through the organs, thus affecting one’s physiology, as well as oversee the emotional and psychological aspects of our beings. Benefits of Shiatsu are for nourishing organ systems as well as eliminating patterns that have taken hold in the body over the years due to stress, illness, and physical or emotional trauma. These patterns can be the underlying source of ailments in the body. Simply by applying moderate pressure to and stretching the meridians, it facilitates the free flow of Qi (energy), hence promoting health and relaxation. 30 min. sessions only. Acupressure [$25] Acupressure is an ancient healing art derived from Chinese technique based on the principles of acupuncture, and involves the use of finger pressure (without the needles) on specific points along the body. Transformational system of touch that promotes healing, vitality and relieve emotional stress. Acupressure is a way of accessing and releasing blocked or congested energy centers in the body. It is believed the points to be junctures of meridian pathways that carry energy called chi. Acupressure massage therapy stimulates and activates the body’s own energies to prevent illness and restore harmony. 30 min. sessions only.
