Ben & his team are first class! I reached out to them for a packaged central a/c unit installation. Prior to me contacting Air Pro, I already had two other estimates. Ben came out within 24 hours & gave me a great estimate with crane service included. He informed me of my options without trying to upsell me. Him & his team showed up on time at 9 am and was done by 3 pm. Everything went smoothly. I have a service warranty and a warranty on factory parts. I am happy with my brand new central air & heating unit. Ben assured me the unit doesn't even need service for 15 years! Do yourselves a favor and call these guys if you have heating or cooling issue. It was a real pleasure doing business with Ben & his team at Air Pro Heating and Cooling, Inc. Ben was awesome and gave me a quote over the phone. He then came out (free of charge) to verify equipment needed and did the job the next day. He was by far the best choice and did not try to upsell me like other companies. He also had the best prices out of 3 HVAC Contractors. Great job with no hassle and awesome price! In order to learn the customer needs and to evaluate what the problem and what is the best solution for it , we need to meet the customers and to be at the property in order to look at the system .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a C 20 license to work with central heating and cooling systems, and I have 10 years of experience in hvac project.
