Guillermo and Chris were amazing in all aspects. Reasonable price, high quality, honesty and kindness. They replaced my kitchen’s backsplash tile and the result was great. I am giving 5 star despite not hiring him. The main issue is the cost per sqft when comparing to other installers. For the floor tiles installation he gave us $4.50 per sqft as I was told in the initial conversation but that is kind of misleading as all the material that is needed for the project in addition to tiles, homeowners needs to buy. Other pros include all all of that in their cost, as such when comparing apple to apple, the per sqft is really at $7.50. I am sure he is an excellent installer base on his videos on tiktok but it made no sense for me as i was able to find installers closer to $5.00 per sqft.
