The other week I was having next terrible neck pain, and Sofia was the cure. She gave me an incredible reflexology session, where she worked on my neck but also the points on my hands, feet, and ears that corresponded with the neck. I had been in terrible pain for 3 days and within 1 day my neck was back to normal. Moreover, Sofia truly cares about the wellbeing of her clients in ways that I have never experienced with other reflexologists or massage therapists. Specifically, Sofia sent me via email a number of stretches and exercises that I should due to prevent neck tension in the future. She also suggested some diet changes that have also helped with the pain and overall energy. Sofia is a true gem, and I am sure you will be very happy with your experience with her. I give Sofia my highest recommendation.

I had my first reflexology session recently and wasn't sure what to expect. I didn't have and serious issues and Sofia discussed with me a little about my stress and digestion. During the first session I defintely noticed where I was having issues dealing with digestion. Sofia worked effectively, carefully, and always made sure I was comfortable. After the session I couldn't believe how I felt. It was almost a loopy relaxed feeling! My patients were shocked for the rest of the day at how relaxed I looked compared to normal. During my follow up we were able to check back and see how much improvement there was in just over a few days after the first session. There was much less tenderness and I felt much better. I would highly recommend Sofia for her professionalism as well as her very calm and caring manner.

I had my first reflexology session with Sofia a few weeks ago, I was having migraines and taking lots of medication for pain. Sofia worked on me not just with massage but also with her knowledge and advice. She was kind enough to send me emails with headache tips and information. Recently, I followed some of the techniques that Sofia provided via email, I was amazed that within 30 minutes I was headache free without medication. I've been introduced to a whole new world of healing. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs help with healing pain, both physical and emotional, she has been of great help to me.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $1.20 a minute when service is offered at Relaxation Station, Tarzana. For private appointments when I have to travel to the client's location, it is $95.00 in San Fernando Valley, add $23.00 if it is outside of San Fernando Valley for travel fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client arrives at his/her session, a brief history is taken at the beginning of the session followed by the discussion of the diet and daily routine. I then offer a Reflexology session by working on 5 maps: Ears, Hands, Feet, Face and Scalp.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recently took a class Reflexology for Immune System, Face Reflexology, Advanced Auricular Therapy, and Metamorphic Technique in 2014. This year 2015 I will be taking Ear Reflexology Acumagnets and more classes on Su Jok.
