Quiche & Carry (Chef Deborah Moss and her assistants) prepared a tasty feast for my guests. The items were extraordinary! I took a bite of a spring roll to be pleasantly surprised with a flavorful curry marinade on the tofu. The salad and dressing were flavored with mint. The miniature quiches and stuffed mushrooms were especially delicious. There were bite sized fruit tarts, pecan pie, and a gorgeous fruit platter. And so much more! I have never used a caterer before so I really did not know what to expect. I had an idea of what I wanted and a vision of how I wanted things to go. Deborah and her assistant went above and beyond my expectations and vision. We discussed a plan prior to the party and I let her know I just did not want to worry about anything and be able to enjoy the party. She allowed me to do just that and the service she provided was excellent. I unfortunately had some stragglers come in late and she eagerly fixed them a plate with no questions asked. Everything was just as clean, if not cleaner, when they left as it was when they arrived. Deborah helped us with a brunch for 30+ people at our home. We selected vegetarian and nonvegetarian frittatas which is a fantastic dish to serve buffet style along with potatoes and her most excellent granola, cinnamon rolls, zucchini bread, and a special baked french toast with berries dish. She was very responsive to all of my questions and made great suggestions. She was punctual on the delivery (no stress for the hostess). Meeting Deborah was also a fun experience.Jun 12, 2018Verified
