Excellent work. Punctual. Very responsive. I have a 4b/2b that needed standard cleaning because I was having guests stay with us for a week. In addition to cleaning I asked her to prep the rooms. I put out the clean sheets for each room and fresh towels for the bathrooms. She made the beds md hung up the new towels in the bathrooms. When I came home from work my house smelled fresh and the rooms looked beautiful. Everything was ready for my guests arrival. Luana started early in morning and was done in 5 hours. She works alone so I was amazed by how much she did in that time. Luana is a wonderful person who takes pride in her work. She is efficient and professional. I plan to hire her on a regular basis.

I absolutely love working with Eva. She’s the sweetest and does a great job cleaning up the house. I recently had a baby and she’s been cleaning our home since he came home. Eva has now come to my house 3 times and i plan to continue using her. Very understanding and if I ask kindly she will gladly do it. I would recommended using this family service to anyone in the Bay Area, totally worth it!

I recently had a back injury and was unable to complete cleaning my house on my own. I schedule time with a different provider that was recommended. She got sick and cancelled 2 hours prior to scheduled arrival. I reached out to Luana’s team in a panic as I had company coming over the next day. Like magic Luana was able to schedule me for early Saturday morning. She and her team were prompt. They came with their own supplies. My fiancé and I are very clean and attention to detail people. I spent many hours looking through Thumbtack to find the right company and I was automatically impressed by her responsiveness and knowledge. We orginally hired Luana to clean the sections of our house that we do not spend a lot of time on. After she finished, I was blown away. Luana's level of focus and care far exceeded our expectations. We only planned to use her quarterly but we are now planning for monthly deep cleanings.
