Hevenly Hounds has been NOTHING but 110% FABULOUS! We got my American Bulldog Pup at about 4 mos old and I saw instantly there was a definite anxiety/fear of people (not animals). A few months into it, she snipped at two different friends visiting. Didn't break skin, but the act mortified me. I was already thinking that this relationship was not going to work, as I have several toddler and baby grandkids. But I brainstormed and looked for help. I cannot tell you that I had a Guardian Angel leading me to Hevenly Hounds. She came to the house within days of contact and spent nearly 3 hrs with my entire household present. The knowledge and examples (which she could prove right in front of us - and changed the behavior immediately) was beyond - far beyond - my expectations. I have a completely new dog. It is a lot of work (where I have always been lucky I guess, with the other dogs in my life). But with that, we have learned that this anxiety (of most likely being the last of the litter and left alone for the most part) that she is much more calm with new people in the house and in walking her - we have learned how to control her pulling and barking at people. (2 separate issues). She is a gem at home now, but still have some anxiety issues to learn how to work through. Secondly, sadly. My dog has tears in both her CCL's (like a human ACL) not sure if congenital, happened at the breeders or my home. I did notice something off quite quickly upon bringing her home and thought it was hip displascia. But no, it's the back knees. Surgery is approx $4300 per leg, far from my budget. So I began researching alternative options, and while doing that, thought to text Hevenly Hounds - figuring she must have some experience with alternative options. Oh my gosh - she has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping me go a more holistic healthy route, with recipes and online products, and other options for natural pain relief options instead of vet prescriptions. (Which affect all of her organs, not just her knees). I cannot thank Hevenly Hounds enough for all the knowledge, patience, quick response time, and just overall care for me as pet owner wanting to give my dog the best possible care. I will recommend her to EVERYONE who gets a new pup/dog. I think she is beneficial in just overall pet care and training and teaching humans how to remain "in charge" - not the dog running the household. I had IMMEDIATE results as I learned how to stop the "confusion" my dog was experiencing in who was "in charge". It's commands, treat, and repeat repeat repeat. (And treats for good behavior). I still have concerns, which stem from the breeder, I fully believe, but will continue to work through this with patience and hard continuous work, and maybe another visit or two from Hevenly Hounds to continue learning how to be the best, responsible Dog owner and keeping my pup happy, healthy, and knowing her place in the hierarchy of our home. You can't go wrong with Hevenly Hounds. She is incredibly experienced, "tough" on humans not sliding on training (as it just causes more confusion for the dog). We will see the orthopedic specialist for a consult this week - not for surgery options, but ideally more support in the way Hevenly Hounds has been supportive and educational. Bravo to a fantastic businesswoman, who whole heartedly wants dogs to be a true, healthy, trusting part of your family. She's a 10 in my book, a 6 out of 5 Stars. You will not be disappointed in having her come work with you and your fur baby! She will teach both you and your pup/dog to be what you wanted when you decided to take on the lifetime commitment of being a good, knowledgeable, loving pet owner!May 26, 2019Verified
Stacey is the best at what she does...one visit and we now have control in our home. She helps us understand what we were doing wrong and what we were doing right but we needed to expand what we were doing right a lot more. It feels really good to be in control of the three dogs and I now have the knowledge on how to respond to inappropriate behavior.Oct 15, 2019Verified
Stacey was great to work with and I highly recommend her for any training needs. She responded quickly to my inquiry and was able to fit me into her schedule quickly. I noticed an immediate change in my dog's behavior after applying Stacey's methods. I have very little training experience but she gave me the confidence to be a better dog 'mom'.Aug 14, 2019Verified
Within one session- we have seen a drastic change in our aggressive French bulldog Rocky. Stacey is the real deal- she is incredible and can read animals (and people!) within moments of walking in your home. You want change? Tough love without shock collars and other horrible devices? Stacey will change your animals into the best versions of themselves. Forever grateful to this extraordinary lady.Sep 3, 2019Verified
Hiring Stacey was one of the best decisions we have made, especially for our dogs. After our newest rescue attacked our little dog twice, we had almost lost hope but, Stacey came to our house and immediately taught us what WE were doing wrong. She has trained our dogs AND my fiance and I. My once aggressive dog has become a submissive pack member after ONE session! She truly understands dog behavior and has exceeded any expectations my finance and I have had. We have had two sessions so far and I can not recommend Stacey enough!Sep 8, 2019Verified
