A technician came out a few weeks ago and diagnosed the issue with my microwave. He informed of the cost of the repairs minus the $100 diagnosis fee and that if I decide to move forward with the repairs to contact the office and he will purchase the parts. I contacted the office about a month ago informing them of my intension to move forward. I was told by customer service that they will let the technician know. Here it is almost a month and I’m still waiting. I decided to call today to see what the issue was and asked her to reach out to the technician, I was told that all they can do is make the appointments and had no way of contacting the technician. I was in awe bc how is it that they are not able to contact the technician, so basically I am standing by for him to contact me.
I am so irritated and just decided to contact GE for them to send out a technician.
