OJ is 1 of the best personal trainers I've ever come into contact with. For starters, your initial meeting is a workout created to personalize your strengths and weaknesses for future sessions. Afterwards, he speaks with you regarding your target goals, time frame, ideal weight etc. Meanwhile, he's compiling a special profile just for you in his computer. He sends weekly updates on your progress like: body fat percentage and weight loss/gain. In addition, he also sends motivational text messages during the week. He really is the most professional personal trainer I've ever encountered. I'm just 3 weeks into my training sessions and I'm already seeing results. Thanks OJ!

Great training sessions!, Aaron is very dedicated and knowledgeable when it comes to targeting a specific muscle, mitigating injuries, improving strength, proper meal intakes and overall fitness. One thing I liked is that during my first session he evaluated my strength and weaknesses, then targeted my work outs based on that. Aaron's sessions are totally worth it and I would recommend them to anyone. He is very professional and will push you by encouraging you, if you're looking for an encouraging instructor and for results, you'll definitely not regret this...he definitely stands out from any other trainer!

As a physician working very long hours and a new dad, I was suffering from worsening fatigue, stiffness, and discomfort. I no longer have discomfort, and have  significantly improved my posture, strength, and mobility  by working with Kathleen.  I feel improvements with each training session, which specifically address my issues of concern. I worked with Margo over the course of about 5 months and had a great experience. I had already been exercising consistently for a while but Margo helped me bring my fitness to a whole new level. He created a personalized workout plan that incorporated the things I wanted to focus on: functional fitness and MMA. Throughout our time together we also modified and tweaked my workout to focus on my weaknesses. He was always available for questions and delivered on his promises. If I didn't have to move away I would still be training with Margo, and I highly recommend him to any of my friends who want to push themselves past their comfort zone.

Robert trained my daughter to prepare her for playing field hockey at UCBerkeley. She started summer workouts with the team and she is doing great, in fact, she is rocking the gym! Way to go Robert. He has also been training our 12 year old to help with his tennis game. Our son's strength and quick feet are helping out during tennis workouts and tournaments.

My experience with Emmett overall has been great and I got to say he has made fitness into a lifestyle for me. I reached out to Emmett when I knew I had fallen off my fitness routine. When I started training with Emmett I didn't have much muscle mass. I got to say after training with him the first month not only have I seen improvements on my legs and back strength but overall putting on some weight. From that month on, I got my cut and lean around my body and he helped me clean up my diet. I am very thankful for his help and highly recommend him!

I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Cruz for a year, certifying personal trainers and training tactical athletes. His level of knowledge and professionalism were instrumental to the success of our program. Mr. Cruz always seemed to be able to relate to the athletes, regardless of their background and goals. I am a mom of 2 and I was really having a hard time finding time to work out. Vanessa has helped me by creating a workout plan I can do at home. She got me started on the online program which is so great! It shows me videos of the strength training exercises so I know exactly how to do them. She also meets with me once a week at the gym which has helped tremendously since I have never used weights before. The meal plan is also great, she is showing me what good foods to put into my diet to get the best results. Overall, I have really enjoyed my time with Vanessa she is always available and answers all of my crazy questions and her price is unbeatable. I really can't imagine training without her.

Josh has taught me so much since he started training me. I went from being super nervous and hardly able to lift the bar to someone who feels GOOD about myself and has actually competed in an official meet. Haley is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness is increasing and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to box, complete more sit ups / core exercises, Haley pushes me harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. I must be a glutton for punishment. Importantly: Haley ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. Marcos is amazing. If your looking to get fit and find your inner strength, both physically and mentally this is your guy. When I started to train with marcos i was about 5 years out of shape. In less than 1 year, I was able to complete my first ever 5k run. Marcos is professional and truly has a passion for fitness. You need to give him a try, his training is beyond excercise, it's a genuine mental and state of mind transformation!

I have done personal training and group strength and conditioning with Jorge. He asks you your personal goals and helps you crush them. I am a mother of 2 and can fit my old wedding dress, lost the baby weight! He is perfessional, helps you cratively fix your diet. I won the nutrishop menifee challenge twice in a row! He doesn't sell u on products he honestly tells you "its a process", and to "trust the process"!
