AWESOME PERSONAL TRAINER!! I started working out with OJ in July 2016. I was kind of skeptical of a new personal trainer because of my bad experiences with other trainers, but OJ is very different. He wants to know your goals and definitely makes you put in the hard work to accomplish them. When I am scheduled to workout with OJ, that entire hour is totally focused on my health goals. He is very patient and encouraging and for once in my life, I don't dread working out. I actually enjoy the intensity of the work-outs and I have lost weight already. I am not where I want to be physically as of yet, but I have already seen improvements with my body and overall fitness level. What I do know is, if I stick with OJ, my goals will be accomplished in no time!! My advice for someone looking for a personal trainer, give OJ a try, you definitely won't regret it!!

Hands down Jobi Morrison is the BEST personal trainer! I have been training with Jobi for 5 years. I'm the strongest I have ever been! My workouts are never boring. I always look forward to see how he will challenge me with cardio, strength and balance and I am never disappointed! Jobi always takes the time to listen to my questions about fitness and nutrition and always provides sound advice. I usually shy away from recommending people or businesses, but with Jobi and Fitness Comes First I say Go Now! You will NOT be disappointed!
Mark is a great trainer!! He is different from other trainers. He can relate to his clients and makes you feel he's on the journey with you. I've never felt intimidated with him like I have with past trainers. He has made me feel better about myself. I'm feeling more energized,healthy and confident about myself. Oh and the food he cooks are so good and healthy so it has all helped me out tremendously on my journey to staying healthy and fit. If you want a trainer who can be a mentor and a friend not just some stone cold trainer then Mark is the guy for you!!
Aaron is an amazing trainer. He is very knowledgeable about fitness, health and healthy eating and lifestyle. Through training with him, I've lost 20+ pounds and hit fitness benchmarks that I never thought I could accomplish (like deadlifting 205 lbs). I've worked with two other trainers and Aaron has been the best all around trainer I've had. Aaron has helped me become more knowledgeable about health and fitness. With all these advertisements, products, diets and programs promising quick health results, Aaron has taught me the best practices for making lasting changes and how to be smart and critical of these mixed mainstream messages around health. Started at the beginning of December 2015 and me and Rodger clicked from the start. He's a very motivating and committed trainer. If you put in the work and diet, no doubt it will pay off, and Rodger is the type of person that wants you to succeed and will help you meet the goals. Margo is a great personal trainer. He helped me get back to pre-baby body after 4 kids. Margo never gave up on me even when I wanted to quit on myself. He included a personal nutritional plan with my fitness training which none of the other personal trainers I've worked with provided. I highly recommend his services.

Michael was not my first personal trainer, it did not take me long to figure out that the others did not take me seriously! If you have a goal in mind, then Michael is the one for you, I went on thumbtack to find a personal trainer, I was desperate, I had to pass a PAT test to secure my job at the State, and i can say WITHOUT Michael I couldn't of passed! I gave him the information to pass with the time limits. This is where i saw what separates the Professional Trainer from the ordinary, Michael knew exactly what to target and he knew approx. how long it would take. I was skeptical at first but he was right-on! If you are willing to work, Michael will be there with you every step of the way, his pricing is reasonable, I had no problem paying because of the results I was seeing!! You might find "Cheaper" but remember "you get what you pay for". I have been with Michael for 7 months, I am doing things I didn't think i could do, he got this 52 year old lady motivated to live a healthier lifestyle. I intend to stay with him, and set new goals for myself. Michael also helped with the Nutritional side, (that was doable)!! I just can't say enough positive thing about my experience. I know this one thing, with my determination and Michael expertise I was able to secure the job at the State!!

When I started working out I wasnt sure I was doing the exercises correctly. Vanesa made sure to explain the exercise in manner that I would understand and followed her verbal instruction by showing you the proper way. She also should you modification to make it easier for the beginner and harder for the more advanced insividual. She makes exercising fun and is always smiling. I learned alot from her and is by far one of the best trainers I know.

Dan is a very knowledgeable and experienced trainer. I trained with Dan for 11 years before he moved away and I’m happy to have the opportunity to workout with him again. Obviously I’m a dedicated fan of his workout protocol! I highly recommend him!
I started my fitness journey with Juan. He actually taught me what I know now& helped me gained muscle weight which was my goal, I started at about 112-115lbs I now weight 137 when my goal was 140lbs & i have gotten so much stronger. Given that I had no fitness background I started with creating endurance & slowly progressed to strength. His tips for dieting were amazing!
