I absolutely recommend using Dj Charlie as your Wedding MC/DJ. For Ceremony, Reception Lighting and special effects. He is so easy to work with and does a great job at getting people up and dancing at the reception. I think the Dj is so important to a Wedding and Charlie added so much to our special day. He was such a First Class Professional guy. When we first met Dj Charlie he was professional and organized which inmediately made me interested in using him as our Dj, he was exactly what we asked for at our Wedding. So when it came time to start the planning process of our Wedding we contacted him many times and he was able to respond promptly. From Begining to end He was so amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better MC/DJ, so professional and yet seemed like a part of our family. Dj Charlie was fantastic. He was able to bring friends and family of all ages to the dancefloor He actually meets with you as a couple in advance to find out all about you and then ensures that everything in your Wedding on your Wedding day is just the way you want it. At the end of the night my guests were saying how great our dj was. We have referred all of our other friends to him who will be getting married in the near future. We can't say enough great things about our experience with Charlie Dj and Lighting. I highly recommend Dj Charlie to Anyone and Everyone looking for a GREAT MC and GREAT DJ. Thank You DJ Charlie!!! Don't even know where to begin when talking about Megan and her staff. We hired her as our florist and wedding coordinator for our wedding. To say that she went above and beyond is a complete understatement. The flowers she provided were amazing. Everything she did floral wise was very unique and fit our decor/theme perfectly. Her prices were by far the cheapest from any other florist we got quotes from too, which was definitely a plus. She was open to any and all ideas we pulled off Pinterest and NOTHING was outside her expertise. Whatever your desire is, she will be sure to facilitate. We hired Megan as our wedding coordinator for similar reasons. Her work and expertise were second to none and the price was affordable. There was so much she did in the months leading up to the wedding to help us out. She was always available via text, email, phone calls and always responded right away which was definitely convenient. Like every bride and grooms fear for the day of the wedding, we just wanted to make sure everything ran smoothly the day of without a flaw, Megan did everything in her power to make sure the day went smoothly. She even went so far as to rent a uhaul and pick up all the decorations we rented, brought them to the venue, set it all up, packed it all up, and dropped it back off the day after. Simply AMAZING. I recommend her and her team to any and everyone who has an event that they want to be spectacular. There's no reason to look any further....just hire her now because you will later anyways so why waste time.
Richard was fantastic! We needed a bartender for our small wedding and Richard was perfect fit. He was very easy to work with and above and beyond accommodating. We had a fairly simple bar with beer and wine only so instead of just standing around, he started helping to tidy up the whole venue. He even bussed some tables! We were so surprised and impressed. He was also very kind to our guests. We will definitely be hiring Richard again if we have another event.
I can't not say enough wonderful things about Donna Hofstee and All Ways Entrainment. As an event coordinator I have used her company exclusively for the past 8 years. Every entertainer is the epitome of fun and professional, providing hours of entertainment to our guests. All ways entertainment provides the best entertainers in the business and I highly recommend them to any group looking for top notch entertainment.
We hired Marie and her team as day of coordinator for our wedding this past June in La Jolla, San Diego at the La Jolla Women's Club. Marie made our wedding day a complete breeze! You can tell she's been in the business a long time and had so many helpful suggestions and ideas. Her and her team were punctual, professional, and have all of the qualities to pull of a beautiful wedding. Our wedding was mostly DIY- we booked a venue, but brought in all of our own decor, linens, etc. Marie and her team arrived on time to set everything up beautifully, and they guided us from start to finish to make sure everything was exactly as we wished. Marie and her team went above and beyond "day of coordinator" as they attended our venue walkthrough with caterer and photographer, as well as our rehearsal to guide us! We are SO thankful we had Marie and her team with us on our wedding day.
Amazing service and assistance! They provided several quotes, options, and ideas even. They were able to deliver and pick up the wine glasses, flutes, chairs, and linens. Ingrid was able to put together a candy table in two days for my wedding! She was very attentive, asked a lot of questions to ensure she was able to meet expectation and overall made me feel like she genuinely cared. The candy table matched the colors of my wedding perfectly and my guest enjoyed the candy and Rice Krispie treats.

Jennifer was amazing!!! We hired her as our day of coordinator for our wedding last month. The final month she worked with me to make sure I had all the details together, trouble shot problems, dealt with my vendors, and really got a full understanding of how I wanted my day to go. I could not have been happier with my choice to hire her. Bumps happen in planning and day of that you can’t control and I was so thankful to have her there for whatever I needed or couldn’t possibly do myself. She was punctual, amazing communicator, hard worker, and just plain bad add. I’m so grateful for her part in our best day!
We absolutely loved Tonya for our day of coordinator!! There were a few things that went wrong the morning of (obviously) but I knew nothing about it until the next day! She’s that good. My mom worked with her a lot because I was too busy, and she raved and raved about how amazing Tonya was to work with. Highly recommend her!!
Where to begin! Ruby was a savior during my wedding events and was able to offload so much of my stress and attend to all last minute details I was unable to do myself due to time constraints. I was able to trust and rely on her 100% and she did not let me down she knew exactly what I wanted and needed. Ruby made detailed timelines and checklists for all my events. She helped me plan and execute my wedding ceremony and it was perfect. She was able to offer me affordable vendors for photography, wedding dessert table that had a beautiful fruit and fondu, icecream popsicles/kulfi with customized labels passed out during our wedding that my guest raved about how delicious they were till today, decor for my wedding ceremony, and she was able to offer me multiple options for makeup and hair vendors for my wedding party. Overall ruby was amazing her attention to detail and her genuine kindness and sincerity was what made her so great at what she does. She went above and beyond for me and my events. She was my go to person for all my questions and was able to keep me calm and organized winding down to the events. I definitely recommend to booking her asap for all of your upcoming events. She does it all!
Karen is amazing! Words can't adequately express my appreciation of this wonderful lady. She did so much to make our event a success and to relieve the stress related to hosting a wedding. We hired Karen to be our "coordinator for the day" for our daughter's wedding. Even though the wedding was small (about 60 guests) and in our home, we wanted someone to help so that WE could be guests ourselves and enjoy the wedding. I did quite a bit of research before choosing and I'm so glad that we chose Karen. She has an infectious smile that puts you at ease immediately. She is also extremely professional and knowledgeable. She asked a lot of questions so that she would have a better idea of what we were envisioning. She had great practical ideas that helped with the flow of the event. We felt like we were in really good hands. When Karen arrived on the day of the wedding, she absolutely blew me away! I gave her a quick tour of everything that was happening and she just took it from there. It was like she was family and had been there a million times. She stayed two steps ahead all night and really made the evening stress free. She has a very unique quality in that she can take charge and provide direction in the nicest most nonabrasive way. When she lets guests know that it's time to move out to the patio for cocktails, or that we're ready for a toast, grand entrance, cake cutting etc. everyone listens and no one feels like they are being "bossed around". When guests left, she did so much to help wrap things up that I actually had to tell her to stop. She's so thoughtful. She pays attention to the smallest details and she really listens. I know Karen has done hundreds of events from large and elaborate to small and intimate. No matter what kind of event your planning, Karen will make it better and she will make your life easier! During the preparation process, she thought of so many details that never would have occurred to my husband and me. Laura was great to work with! At first I wasn't sure that I was going to add a day-of wedding coordinator to my budget but after my first phone call with Laura, I knew it was essential. Natalie provided us with an unforgettable experience for our farm wedding last fall. From the start Kimberley made dress appointments to all our guest hotel accomodations for 200 plus people to transportation with two commenrcial size buses transpoting all my guest. Kimberley was cruscial in all aspects of not just planning and coordinating but went beyond to give me peace of mind to enjoy all steps of our wedding planniong to the day of.
