I absolutely recommend using Dj Charlie as your Wedding MC/DJ. For Ceremony, Reception Lighting and special effects. He is so easy to work with and does a great job at getting people up and dancing at the reception. I think the Dj is so important to a Wedding and Charlie added so much to our special day. He was such a First Class Professional guy. When we first met Dj Charlie he was professional and organized which inmediately made me interested in using him as our Dj, he was exactly what we asked for at our Wedding. So when it came time to start the planning process of our Wedding we contacted him many times and he was able to respond promptly. From Begining to end He was so amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better MC/DJ, so professional and yet seemed like a part of our family. Dj Charlie was fantastic. He was able to bring friends and family of all ages to the dancefloor He actually meets with you as a couple in advance to find out all about you and then ensures that everything in your Wedding on your Wedding day is just the way you want it. I usually don't like to rely on others, I like to make sure things are perfect myself! I entrusted Megan to coordinate day of for my wedding, and she sure delivered. I was relaxed the day of my wedding because I knew she wouldn't let me down. She sure delivered and then some! She set up floral she created, set up some greenery and decor we already had, did our arch floral, all bouquets, boutonnieres, and total event set up as well as busing and serving. The day was perfect, and a large part of it was thanks to her! The guest raved about how beautiful everything was. I will definitely recommend her!

One of my most favorite details on my wedding day was my ceremony florals and the bouquets that Wendy did. If only I had known that Wendy would do such a perfect job, I would have her do my reception florals as well. I was in Canada (wedding was in California) when I decided to hire Wendy for my wedding florals (ceremony gazebo and aisle, bouquets, boutonnières, corsages). We only talked on the phone and exchanged emails. I sent her pictures of what I wanted the colors to be like and told her what I wanted them to be like and Wendy copied them perfectly. I think her flowers were even better than the pictures I sent her! She was also very flexible and didn't mind that I had to email her a couple of times when some details or my preferences have changed. Come the wedding day and I finally got to meet Wendy. We didn't say a lot as we were all very busy but she was a very pleasant lady and she made sure to drop by the bridal suite to say hi. She even stayed up until the end of the ceremony. Now, that is good service. Don't think twice, do hire Wendy. Her great attention to detail clearly showed on her work. I was very impressed and seeing how beautiful she arranged my bouquet flowers and ceremony florals made me really happy on my wedding day.

Sepali was an absolute angel and life saver! I met her just weeks before my wedding through a friend and would highly recommend her for any décor or event planning. She not only provided me with signage for the wedding, she also offered her assistance in creating my timeline, using some of her items for décor, provided some florals at a discounted price to complete the look, and even offered to come on-site the day of our wedding to ensure that not only my vision was created, but also offered her assistance to my day of wedding coordinator with whatever help she needed. Sepali was in constant communication with me, no matter the time or day (text, call, email) and always made it convenient for me. She is well organized and keeps all details in a shared Google Doc. She also has a very fun and bright personality that made it easy to work with her. Even all my vendors the day of the wedding commented on how easy and helpful Sepali was to work with. Shelbi was an amazing wedding coordinator and planner. My husband and I would have never had the amazing experience we did without her and her team. Even with all the crazy and obnoxious hands in the "wedding cookie jar" (crazy venue staff, crazy music directors... Jenifer at Klink Events absolutely saved us on our wedding day. She is hands down the best! You won't find better. The best part of hiring a day-of wedding coordinator is that my new husband and I (AND especially our families) could let go and ENJOY the celebration! We had full trust in Klink and it allowed us to truly enjoy every second of our wedding and not worry about the details anymore. We had planned an outdoor ceremony and indoor/outdoor reception and Jenifer met with me at both venues a few weeks before the wedding. Klink made sure everything came together and made the other money we spent on venues, a DJ, photographer, décor, etc. all worth it. Jennifer was amazing!!! We hired her as our day of coordinator for our wedding last month. The final month she worked with me to make sure I had all the details together, trouble shot problems, dealt with my vendors, and really got a full understanding of how I wanted my day to go. I could not have been happier with my choice to hire her. Bumps happen in planning and day of that you can’t control and I was so thankful to have her there for whatever I needed or couldn’t possibly do myself. She was punctual, amazing communicator, hard worker, and just plain bad add. I’m so grateful for her part in our best day!

Having a wedding coordinator was the best idea ever! Friends have told me how stressful wedding planning was for them and I knew I didn’t want that! Hiring a coordinator is another expense— but Alicia saved us so much money as well. She connected us to vendors that were in our budget and knew how to translate my ideas for decorations, centerpieces and favors in a cost-effective way. A huge bonus to picking Alicia as our wedding planner was all the vendors she knew. Our DJ, caterer, florist, photo booth and linen rental were all her recommendations are we are so glad we chose them. Although we had never seen these vendors in action, Alicia has worked with them multiple times at other weddings and knew we could trust them with our special day. Another way Alicia saved me from stress was the way she handled all of the communication from the vendors. She worked directly with all of them so that on the day of the wedding no one was asking the bride any questions because Alicia knew what was going on and they had been communicating with her. I would definitely recommend Alicia as a wedding coordinator. She was great at communicating with me and responding quickly. When I undertake an important project I have never done before I enlist help— why would I approach planning a wedding any differently? Shelby is absolutely incredible and I can’t imagine how my wedding day would have gone if it weren’t for her! From the weeks leading up to the wedding, to the actual day, she was always so communicative, receptive to my ideas, and just so reliable! My wedding didn’t start until 4pm and she was at the venue at 7am!!! Setting everything up and making sure everyone was on the same page for what needed to be done. Like every wedding day, there were random things that came up but she immediately stepped in and just made the entire day run so smoothly. I truly was stress-free and was able to enjoy my day because of all the work, effort, and love she put in to making my wedding special. I still feel so blessed by her help. Shelby is an amazing problem solver, and will go above and beyond to make sure you’re worry-free on your special day! She even went to the dry cleaners for my husband’s suit and got us coffee! What should you ask a wedding coordinator?

When you hire a wedding coordinator, you want to make sure he or she gets you and can execute perfectly your vision of your dream wedding. To find the very best fit, it’s important to ask these five questions:

  • Are you available on my wedding date? If the coordinator isn’t available on your big day, there’s no reason to continue the interview — unless you’re willing to shift your date to accommodate their schedule.
  • What’s average cost of most of your weddings? If the coordinator’s usual wedding is outside your range, they might not be the right coordinator for you. Ask whether the coordinator requires a minimum wedding budget. In general, the wedding coordinator’s fee should be about 15 percent of your budget.
  • What is your speciality? Some coordinators specialize in day-of coordination, some create the overall vision, and others act as a producer. Make sure your wedding coordinator provides the type of services that will most help you create the event you have in mind, such as selecting vendors and handling their contracts, or managing the guest list and invitations.

Do I need a wedding day coordinator?

Even if you’ve handled every detail of planning your wedding, you might appreciate having a day-of wedding coordinator in your corner. Usually, the coordinator meets with you a few weeks before your wedding to put together a detailed timeline of everything that needs to happen on your wedding day. Then, on the big day, the coordinator makes sure everything goes according to plan — and handles any emergencies that pop up, such as party crashers, missing tuxedos, late vendors, disappearing bridal party members and more.
