I absolutely recommend using Dj Charlie as your Wedding MC/DJ. For Ceremony, Reception Lighting and special effects. He is so easy to work with and does a great job at getting people up and dancing at the reception. I think the Dj is so important to a Wedding and Charlie added so much to our special day. He was such a First Class Professional guy. When we first met Dj Charlie he was professional and organized which inmediately made me interested in using him as our Dj, he was exactly what we asked for at our Wedding. So when it came time to start the planning process of our Wedding we contacted him many times and he was able to respond promptly. From Begining to end He was so amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better MC/DJ, so professional and yet seemed like a part of our family. Dj Charlie was fantastic. He was able to bring friends and family of all ages to the dancefloor He actually meets with you as a couple in advance to find out all about you and then ensures that everything in your Wedding on your Wedding day is just the way you want it. At the end of the night my guests were saying how great our dj was. We have referred all of our other friends to him who will be getting married in the near future. We can't say enough great things about our experience with Charlie Dj and Lighting. I highly recommend Dj Charlie to Anyone and Everyone looking for a GREAT MC and GREAT DJ. Thank You DJ Charlie!!! Where to begin? My (new) husband is very particular about his food. He is a self-proclaimed foodie. I, however, am not. We had a lot of back and forth on whom we would use for our wedding caterer. We did several tastings based on referrals. Everyone was either too fancy or just eh. I saw Radish and Rose on instagram and instantly fell in love with their colors and photos. We met with their sales manager and she was so lovely! She went through the menus and suggested items for a tasting based on our theme. We had the tasting a few days later with their chef and were so blown away! The presentation, the taste, the freshness, everything was impeccable. We signed our contract on the spot! Our wedding was in January and was everything absoutely perfect. Our guests loved the details of the food and kept commenting how fun and nice the staff was. They even boxed up 1 of each of our desserts knowing we wouldnt be able to enjoy them :-) It was such a sweet surprise waiting in our hotel room. They made our day so memorable and we wouldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend Radish and Rose for your wedding!!

Don't even know where to begin when talking about Megan and her staff. We hired her as our florist and wedding coordinator for our wedding. To say that she went above and beyond is a complete understatement. The flowers she provided were amazing. Everything she did floral wise was very unique and fit our decor/theme perfectly. Her prices were by far the cheapest from any other florist we got quotes from too, which was definitely a plus. She was open to any and all ideas we pulled off Pinterest and NOTHING was outside her expertise. Whatever your desire is, she will be sure to facilitate. We hired Megan as our wedding coordinator for similar reasons. Her work and expertise were second to none and the price was affordable. There was so much she did in the months leading up to the wedding to help us out. She was always available via text, email, phone calls and always responded right away which was definitely convenient. Like every bride and grooms fear for the day of the wedding, we just wanted to make sure everything ran smoothly the day of without a flaw, Megan did everything in her power to make sure the day went smoothly. She even went so far as to rent a uhaul and pick up all the decorations we rented, brought them to the venue, set it all up, packed it all up, and dropped it back off the day after. Simply AMAZING. I recommend her and her team to any and everyone who has an event that they want to be spectacular. There's no reason to look any further....just hire her now because you will later anyways so why waste time.

One of my most favorite details on my wedding day was my ceremony florals and the bouquets that Wendy did. If only I had known that Wendy would do such a perfect job, I would have her do my reception florals as well. I was in Canada (wedding was in California) when I decided to hire Wendy for my wedding florals (ceremony gazebo and aisle, bouquets, boutonnières, corsages). We only talked on the phone and exchanged emails. I sent her pictures of what I wanted the colors to be like and told her what I wanted them to be like and Wendy copied them perfectly. I think her flowers were even better than the pictures I sent her! She was also very flexible and didn't mind that I had to email her a couple of times when some details or my preferences have changed. Come the wedding day and I finally got to meet Wendy. We didn't say a lot as we were all very busy but she was a very pleasant lady and she made sure to drop by the bridal suite to say hi. She even stayed up until the end of the ceremony. Now, that is good service. Don't think twice, do hire Wendy. Her great attention to detail clearly showed on her work. I was very impressed and seeing how beautiful she arranged my bouquet flowers and ceremony florals made me really happy on my wedding day.

I hired Sierra Madre to cater a come-and-go brunch for close friends and out-of-town guests the morning after my daughter’s wedding. Initially I was concerned about travel time from Monrovia to my home in the Larchmont area of Los Angeles, but Tonya (owner-chef) assured me she would allow for all eventualities and be there with plenty of time to set up and be ready before the guests arrived. The menu was mimosas, orange juice, lox, bagel & cream cheese (with the usual trimmings), vegetarian omelets, pancakes, cut fruit, and sour cream coffee cake, coffee and tea. Everything turned out perfect! Tonya and her assistant, Chris, were at my house early, got set up and were ready to go before the guests started arriving. The food was wonderful. The on-the-spot food, pancakes and omelets, were outstanding; and Tonya’s sour cream coffee cake was a BIG hit. The guests loved everything. The only glitch was an under estimation of how much lox, bagels and cream cheese the guests would consume. Fortunately, I had anticipated that could happen and had an extra 60 ounces of lox on hand and an extra pint of cream cheese, and we have two bagel shops within walking distance. Tonya was great to work with and having her cater made my life so much easier. It was a beautiful brunch, within my budget, and I am thankful that I took the chance on hiring her company as I had relied solely on the Thumbtack reviews when I made the choice. I’ll definitely use Sierra Catering again. The only suggestion I might make is that more attention be paid to the serving dishes used. Mixing bowls really aren’t attractive bowls to put on the buffet table.

Ingrid was able to put together a candy table in two days for my wedding! He hasn't catered for me yet but everything I heard was amazing this is truly someone I would get to do my catering for my wedding. Jennifer was amazing!!! We hired her as our day of coordinator for our wedding last month. The final month she worked with me to make sure I had all the details together, trouble shot problems, dealt with my vendors, and really got a full understanding of how I wanted my day to go. I could not have been happier with my choice to hire her. Bumps happen in planning and day of that you can’t control and I was so thankful to have her there for whatever I needed or couldn’t possibly do myself. She was punctual, amazing communicator, hard worker, and just plain bad add. I’m so grateful for her part in our best day!

Creations by CB Events did a phenomenal job on our wedding! I am someone that doesn't enjoy the planning process one bit and Connie took it right out of my hands into hers. She took the stress level down completely and although we are a pretty simple and laid back couple she took all of our wishes and wants and exceeded our expectations. We used CB Events for all; decorations, party planning and event coordinating (basically everything! haha). Our event was at an outside venue (The Red Gates of covina; a private venue exclusive to Creations by CB Events) and everyone loved it. With the intimate atmosphere along with the inviting array of eclectic style our wedding was definitely a night everyone will remember (which is what the whole point is right?). Karen is amazing! Words can't adequately express my appreciation of this wonderful lady. She did so much to make our event a success and to relieve the stress related to hosting a wedding. We hired Karen to be our "coordinator for the day" for our daughter's wedding. Even though the wedding was small (about 60 guests) and in our home, we wanted someone to help so that WE could be guests ourselves and enjoy the wedding. I did quite a bit of research before choosing and I'm so glad that we chose Karen. She has an infectious smile that puts you at ease immediately. She is also extremely professional and knowledgeable. She asked a lot of questions so that she would have a better idea of what we were envisioning. She had great practical ideas that helped with the flow of the event. We felt like we were in really good hands. When Karen arrived on the day of the wedding, she absolutely blew me away! I gave her a quick tour of everything that was happening and she just took it from there. It was like she was family and had been there a million times. She stayed two steps ahead all night and really made the evening stress free. She has a very unique quality in that she can take charge and provide direction in the nicest most nonabrasive way. When she lets guests know that it's time to move out to the patio for cocktails, or that we're ready for a toast, grand entrance, cake cutting etc. everyone listens and no one feels like they are being "bossed around". When guests left, she did so much to help wrap things up that I actually had to tell her to stop. She's so thoughtful. She pays attention to the smallest details and she really listens. I know Karen has done hundreds of events from large and elaborate to small and intimate. No matter what kind of event your planning, Karen will make it better and she will make your life easier! Natalie provided us with an unforgettable experience for our farm wedding last fall. We hired Kristina as a day-of coordinator for our wedding - and WOW are we so glad that we did. She is awesome, very detail oriented, and bent over backwards to ensure our wedding went off without a hitch!! She contacted us ahead of time in order to ensure she knew exactly what we wanted on our wedding day and how she could best help us out. She did everything from picking up wine, event set-up/take-down, and vendor coordination to ensure that our day went extremely smoothly and as planned. She knew our plan so well that she never even came up to us during the event to ask a question - she just worked behind the scenes to enable us to enjoy every minute of our big day. It was amazing, she's the best and makes wedding day stress-free. Would highly recommend her to anyone as a wedding coordinator/planner and would hire her again in a second! You don't need to look anywhere else!
