- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are based on the event and the type of event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone/Video Call with the Client to determine the needs for the event. 2. Sending a Pricing Proposal based on the requirements of the client. 3. Once agreed, signing a contract and collecting a Down Payment to lock in the date. 4. Meeting with the client in-person at the venue and doing a walk through of it to get a full idea of the setup. Discuss any updates/changes. 5. Showing up the day of with plenty of time to set-up and adjust for last minute changes. Collect the remaining balance for the performance. 6. Providing the best experience for the client and the attendees at the event. 7. Follow up a few days after the event for feedback.
