I am completely surprised by Jonathan’s behavior. He left without completing the job. I paid him completely thinking he will finish the job completely but he didn’t.
He can do the job but I would recommend not to pay for the job until the job is completely done.
He sounds professional but he is but far from professional career.
He needs to learn to be straight forward, better communicator in terms of what he can do and what he needs to improve on.
