- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work to give the best and fair prices. The first time is always a little higher than the following times, since in the first visit we recommend a deep cleaning and we offer a discount, it can go down to half the price the next time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We notify you in advance that we are on the way, we send you a message, 1 or 2 days before to confirm, half an hour before, we check your home so we can give you the final price, if you accept, we perform the service that same day, or we schedule it for another date, or you can cancel at that time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 11 years of experience in the cleaning business.
