Within the course of 8-9 months, I had two local gardeners flake out on me despite paying them up front each month. The work became more shoddy as time went on, until each just stopped showing up. Matt responded the same day and arranged to come by and give an estimate, and he was honest, knowledgeable, and thorough with the information and breakdown of service; this entailed a multilayer approach to bringing the lawn back and cleaning up the landscaping. The crew worked for hours and after that first day, the yard was already looking tip top! My mom said “it was the best money we could have spent!” We are about 3 weeks past the sprinkler repair, aeration, fertilization, and reseeding of the lawn, and following Matt’s aggressive watering schedule, the lawn is successfully springing back to life. Coy Land Techs have done an amazing job, and I look forward to their monthly maintenance because I know my yard is in competent hands.
