FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have custom and template pricing depending on the project type, industry and consumer category. Feel free to contact us for more information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start our 5 step process by first getting a feel for our client's personality, vision helping to shape the ins and outs of their project. We're new client friendly as we welcome any level of computer or Internet knowledge and will help educate our clients along the way. Next we find out our client's budget needs and do our best to work within a price point that can match the quality of work we provide. Once a budget is determined we get to work by creating several mock-ups for web design, graphic design and logo projects. During this time we keep in constant contact with our client priding ourselves that we get projects done fast and on time. Once we have received feedback from our clients we make the appropriate adjustments until the requested changes are completed and exceed the client's satisfaction.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a who's who of high end clients within the entertainment industry. Some of our web design clients are Merv Griffin Entertainment, Kara DioGuardi (judge on American Idol), NBC Olympics digital coverage, Brent Spiner of Star Trek TNG, Dania Ramirez, video director Jesse Torrero, Interscope Records (multiple artists), Warner Bros records artist Cee Lo Green, RCA records artists Overdoz, Audio Voxx electronics (multiple brands), Starbucks Records artist Hilary McRae, and worked directly Warner Bros Records Chairman Camron Strang, with many other projects and clients not listed. Even though we have an extensive history of working with high end clientele we do enjoy working with smaller projects helping new business owners get started. No job is too big or too small, we answer all questions and are happy to hear any quote requests that you may have.
