OJ is 1 of the best personal trainers I've ever come into contact with. For starters, your initial meeting is a workout created to personalize your strengths and weaknesses for future sessions. Afterwards, he speaks with you regarding your target goals, time frame, ideal weight etc. Meanwhile, he's compiling a special profile just for you in his computer. He sends weekly updates on your progress like: body fat percentage and weight loss/gain. In addition, he also sends motivational text messages during the week. He really is the most professional personal trainer I've ever encountered. I'm just 3 weeks into my training sessions and I'm already seeing results. Thanks OJ!

I found M2 by researching best PT in long beach and Emile had nothing but stellar reviews! I had to see what M2 fitness was all about. Since I set foot in the door at M2, I was nothing but impressed. The professionalism and the level of knowledge that Emile provides has much surpassed any trainor I've spoken with. Personally in the past I have had bad experiences in the gym and have given up but with Emile to push me to that next level and have him as a motivator is awesome! I have weight gaining issues and other personal health issues but with Emile's knowledge and patience, we have pushed through them and I am starting to FINALLY reach my goals for the first time in my life! Mark is a knowledgeable and experienced trainer and nutritionist. He is always on time, encouraging and has great plans. He also prepares meal plans that help me work towards my fitness--in my case, to bulk up. Mark is friendly and knows how to motivate me to work hard without making me feel overworked or bad.
I was introduced to Coach Hunter when my son was in the 8th grade. I was told that he was one of the best 1-on-1 coaches in the San Gabriel Valley. When we met Coach Hunter, my son had been a long time offensive lineman who had suddenly grew in height and lost a considerable amount of weight. As a result, my son was no going to be considered for the offensive line in high school. I asked Coach Hunter if he could convert my son into a wide receiver since he had decent hands and was 5' 11" in the 8th grade. To which he agreed to help Coach Hunter's rigorous workouts, his attention to detail and his customized training had an immediate impact on my son's performance. Within a short period of time, my son was not only competing as a wide receiver, he became a starting wide receiver at his high school. Due to the tremendous amount of success that we experienced so quickly, I promised Coach Eric that he would remain my son's personal trainer throughout high school. This year, my son achieved what only 2% of all high school football players achieve. My son received a full scholarship to play football for a Division 1 school as a wide receiver. For a kid who only has played wide receiver for four years, the odds of achieving such a feat is tremendous. We owe all of it to the work of Coach Hunter. Coach Hunter is a man dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of football. He has expert knowledge on both sides of the ball and has been a great mentor to my son, on and off of the field. Not to mention his rates are extremely reasonable and well worth it. I highly recommend Coach Hunter for any parent who is looking to have their child compete at the high school and college levels.

Working with Vanesa has been awesome. Both my partner and I hired her as our nutritionist. She has taken the time to help us see our individual challenges with food and how small, incremental changes can be sustainable. She checks in on us daily and we meet by phone weekly. Working with her has really inspired us and the pacing of change has been perfect. Vanesa is a true professional.

Jacob trained me for 6 months and this being my first experience hiring a personal trainer, I was nervous about the experience. Jacob made me feel comfortable from the start and what I appreciated was the fact that he took the time to educate me about what the excersise or activity will accomplish. In addition, he performs a lot of different activities at every session so you will never be bored of doing routine training. I highly recommend him especially for first timers. I lost a total of 30 pounds and 10% body fat training with him for the 6 months but most importantly felt good about my fitness once again.
Its been going on 2 weeks working out with Dave he is a great personal trainer and no time is wasted during my workout session. Ive learned a lot more intense exercises that I know within a couple of weeks will change my body. Something that I got out of working out with Marcos is that he was understanding of the struggles that I, as well as others I'm sure, was dealing with. He's really knowledgeable on diet AND exercise. He is very personable and easy to talk to, but he's not afraid to push you through exercises he knows you don't want to push through. His workout regimen is always different. Trust me, your body will respond accordingly. I have been working out with Marcos for about 3 months now. I'm down weight, I've lost inches, but most importantly, my blood has drastically improved. While changing my diet was something he stressed, exercise is something I could not have gone without. I had a very unhealthy diet. Working out made me want to change my diet. My cholesterol, in just 3 months, dropped nearly 100 points, and my triglyceride level, another 60 points. I feel great. Thanks Marcos, and I'll see you soon.
Katie is excellent! She was such a big help when I started my diet. She gave me easy to follow meal plans. Her grocery tour is very knowledgeable. She is always available when I have any questions. She really has a passion for Nutrition and keeps me motivated checking in with me throughout the week. I would definitely recommend Katie!
Kai is a great trainer who is very knowledge and knows how hard to push you without over doing it, she's the best! I train with her for 9 months now and she has really helped me lose weight and be able to keep it off which is an area I have struggled with for a long time. She teaches you about making healthy choices and the most effective ways to lose weight, I could not be happier that I decided to start training with Kai! I highly recommend anyone looking for a personal trainer to train with her!
I had 10 personal training sessions with Donna Martin. She was fabulous. Donna was very attentive to my needs and my restrictions. The sessions were never boring. Her workouts were simple yet challenging. I felt like I could do a lot of the exercises anywhere. I trained out of her garage which had more than enough equipment and she showed me how to adjust the exercise if I didn't have the equipment available. I was very motivated by Donna and she did not push me over my limits. Donna is very encouraging when you feel like your not getting it.
I had reservations about hiring a personal trainer. I figured that all trainers focused on was making money and not their clients goals. I was pleasently surprised when Richie didn't try selling me extra training sessions. He believes that if you want training then you will buy it. His trainings are customized to the person. Mine started off relatively easy then ramped up while my strength increased. Richie is a great guy who cares about his clients and will help people reach their goals.

Taylor is an excellent Personal Trainer and Mentor! His knowledge and motivational tactics are exceptional and very impressive. For example, as a vegetarian, it's important to get the right nutrients, substitutions and balanced diet to keep my energy up, while increasing muscles and reducing fat simultaneously. He personally customizes each time table and plan of action to make sure I get the most efficient and effective results.
