- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am passionate about fitness and helping people! Before I became a trainer, I set out on a mission to compete in a physique bodybuilding show where I took 1st place. After this, I decided that the fitness industry was for me and I have devoted my life to not only improving myself physically but also to helping others be in their best physical shape!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently had the pleasure of working with a young man who came in at 105lbs and an unhealthy 5% body fat. Squatting his own body weight was troublesome for him and he had a goal of someday doing 5 continuous pull-ups. After a short 3 months, I was able to help my client (through proper nutrition and training) gain 30 lbs, get up to a healthy body fat percentage, now squats almost double his weight and even 10 pull-ups are a breeze!
