FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing system for each category of service such as, portrait, model portfolio, product photography, even photography, etc... They vary in structure but generally they break down into: 1. Photography fee - or traditionally known as creative fee. 2. Costs involved - i.e., special equipment rentals if needed, gas, special requests, etc... 3. Usage fee - applies to commercial usage, also known as licensing. 4. Miscellaneous orders - other services/products not included with quoted package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Ask lots of questions to understand the clients needs. 2. Give an initial detailed estimate according to those needs. 3. Confirm details. 4. Communicate clearly what the client should expect and reaffirm final quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in Commercial Photography from Brooks Institute Of Photography.
