- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To keep our pricing fair and competitive we look for good properties and owners to work for. Our monthly service is a flat price as well as our placement fee. Our fees apply to occupied properties only including evictions. here is no fee during vacancy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet the customer at the subject property if it is vacant. If the property is occupied we prefer to get the address so that we can conduct an exterior drive-by inspection and then meet the customer at our office. If the property requires repairs we set expectations what improvements are needed to bring the property a a rent ready standard. We answer any additional questions the client has and if they proceed with using us we sign the management agreement to begin our service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I (Jeremy Devine) worked as a real estate agent for a number of years. When the real estate market crashed I transitioned to working for banks, servicers and asset management companies managing their foreclosed properties. Many of the properties were sold to investors and it opened the doors to providing management services to some of those investors.
