Up until now, yoga has not been my favorite. I have tried it on many different occasions, in many different locations, and still have not come out loving it. Yoga with Yochai completely changed this for me. It was an incredible 1.5 hours that combined a great work out, stretch, and meditation. I have several old sports related injuries that usually flair up during/post yoga, and this did not happen. Yochai was very aware of everyones position. To me, this is so key in making sure you leave injury free. I can't wait for my next session.
Jenne is a fellow yoga teacher and good friend. I worked with her at Glendale Yoga and we also took each other’s classes. Jenne is incredibly attentive to her students and has a gentle approach that many find very comforting. She is highly knowledgeable and educated and comes to her instruction with years of experience in many disciplines including Kundalini, Hatha, Restorative and Therapeutic. She’s always on board for learning something new. She is animated and positive in her demeanor, specific and clear in her instructions, kind and understanding in her manner and spiritual in her approach. I started yoga lessons with Adam because my blood pressure was elevated. I had read on his website that Raja yoga could be beneficial for lowering b/p and it was. For almost a year now I have been using the customized practice Adam developed for me. While I have attempted other types of yoga for over 15 years I never stayed with a practice because the postures were too painful. In addition to my blood pressure returning to normal I experience a deeper connection to my body.
Kristy is great!!! I had been wanting to try yoga for a long time unsure of what to expect and working with her has really helped encourage me to step out of my comfort zone and find some time to relax and try something new and enjoyable!She's very patient, knowledgable and has helped me find a new passion for Yoga.
I love Jessica's yoga class! I have really bad knots and she knows just how to work them out! She's very observant of all her students. She really cares for every single one of her students. I know this because she will help adjust you if you are not doing the proper pose. She's also very positive. Everytime she notices I am doing something well, she will praise me. It is also very relaxing. My body feels so amazing and relaxed after her class. I definitely recommend you all coming! Here's a picture of us! I asked her if we could take a photo with us. Annie is probably one of the best instructors I have ever been with. She is caring, corrects your pose at all times, even when it is a little off, she will make sure I am doing it properly. She is very thorough with her instructions and makes it easy to follow along. If you are a beginner, intermediate, or even expert at yoga, Annie makes sure that she makes it challenging for your level. I would highly recommend Annie as a yoga instructor!
I had one on one yoga lessons with Navawell to improve balance and strength. My personal weaknesses were specifically targeted to help me overcome them and improve drastically. I had progressed more in the six private lessons of yoga than I usually would in six months. I enjoyed the challenge and appreciated the insight into where I was struggling, and learning how to overcome those particular struggles. I also enjoyed that the yoga, though physically rigorous, was also very mentally relaxing. The sessions made it very easy to lose myself in the moment and calm my mind.
Pili is an amazing yoga instructor. I am relatively new to yoga, and she worked with my experience level to provide a fun and fulfilling yoga session. I love that she introduces essential oils to truly make the whole experience more impactful and unique. I also have a bad back and Pili was very responsive to suggest alternative exercises for me to get the most out of a specific movement, while ensuring my back was not being stressed. Love her. Highly recommend.
My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of having Michelle teach us golden yoga using a chair for balance. We loved it and my friend this was her 1st time and she wanted to sign up when we got back to Wisconsin. Michelle was very mindful of our short comings and helped us feel good about what we were doing. We love her!!

Have been working with Sierra for years and I really appreciate the range of exercises in her programs and her ability to adapt the training program based on injuries, strained or sore muscles or anything else life throws at you that may affect your workouts. Sierra has a really well-balanced approach to fitness, so it's great knowing that I'm not just getting stronger, but also building my cardio and keeping my flexibility.
Where do I start? I have done a personal healing session ,Chakra dance workshop and yoga with Tami. All of them a wonderful experience. Tami has a very strong sense of people, and her teaching skills are absolutely amazing. She is flexible and accommodating. Her yoga classes – her thoughtful approach to movement and alignment, and what she's able to bring out in each of the people in the room. I appreciate how she paces the class, not too slow, and not too fast. A great professional you will enjoy working with, a great person you will be delighted to meet. I would highly recommend her for anyone who is looking for mindfulness training for themselves, their family, or their workplace.
