I was in desperate need of a massage because of my sciatic nerve being flared up and my muscles had become so knotted up that I couldn't move without experiencing excruciating pain! Winston was very helpful by creating a peaceful and relaxing environment for me to relax in. The entire massage from start to finish was amazing! I really was speechless that he showed such professionalism and such knowledge of everything I was dealing with in my body, plus his techniques and body mechanics got the job done, to loosen up those stubborn knots and relax my muscles. I'm about to book another massage asap..totally worth my time and money! Make sure you give him a review because he deserves the recognition for his services.

Pattie has been my massage therapist for nine years. Her skill with many therapy techniques (Reiki, Bowen, Cranial Sacral, deep tissue) has helped to keep me happy and healthy. My once chronic back pain is non-existent now, my stress level is always under control and I feel good in my body every day. Pattie is an important part of my self care routine. Pattie is professional, consistant, thorough, and sensitive in her approach in each and every session. I have always felt, and I really mean this, that each and every session, I received Pattie's best and then some......time with Pattie is worth every cent!!

I got frequent massages from Onay many years ago. I live with CP and my weekly massages helped me with increase flexibility. Even though I live with CP I enjoyed the relief that I did get. I can't wait to start up my sessions again...

She's very knowledgeable in all the systems of the body. I can go to her with any pain and she knows exactly how to treat it using her knowledge of acupressure and pressure points. She's also a genius with gently treating injuries in the muscles and tendons. I highly recommend her Professional Services!

First, I greeted by Paige and her positive energy and beautiful smile – immediately, I knew that this was going to be a great massage. We first discussed where the stress points were, past injuries and what physical exercise-fitness-yoga program I currently partake in. Truly, you are basking in an environment that is quiet and relaxing – the studio itself is located among the coastal oaks, in South County. With the pleasant and relaxing smells of the surroundings, you are ushered into the studio where you are treated to soothing meditative music and candles to help you feel very welcomed and the relaxation process has already started. Paige, is one of those delightful and knowledgeable massage therapist, where she is a partner in your healing rather than a person providing a service. I truly recommend the 1.5 -2 hr massage offering, as that will afford Paige to take her time to work those knots in your body. My first massage with Paige was so effective – I felt very relaxed and many of the world borne tensions were reduced or completely eliminated from my body and soul. It is a rare gift to find a massage therapist that can read you, your body and be able to immediately render relief – short term and long term. I am very grateful for the outstanding treatments I received from Paige. She is a master at providing acupressure, yoga moves, deep massage, hot stones, shiatsu and myofascial release.

Did you know there are nearly 45 miles of nerves that run throughout our bodies? Over 7,000 of those nerve endings are found in our feet alone! Through continual sessions in acupressure/reflexology therapy, clients can reduce everyday muscle tension, improve blood circulation and stimulate endorphins, which are our natural pain relievers that help reduce stress, depression and anxiety. Unlike acupuncture, which uses needles in its therapy, acupressure/reflexology practitioners use their fingers, palms, elbows, feet and sometimes devices as an alternative to needles in order to apply pressure to several points along the body's meridians. This technique not only treats the energy fields of the body, but also the mind. Acupressure/reflexology further helps those who live with the following: - Back pains, including slipped or herniated disks - Headaches and muscle spasms - Accident-related injuries like whiplash, spine, or sciatic nerve pains - Plantar fasciitis or heel pain - Postoperative discomforts - For cancer patients and chemotherapy relief - Curves nausea - Reduces stress, anxiety and depression - Sports-related injuries and sprains Besides its focus on areas of pain and discomfort, acupressure/reflexology is known to also help with preparation steps for many forms of competitive training athletes. Whether if it's a triathlon, Jiu Jitsu match, mixed martial arts fight, cross fit or body builder competition, this long-time traditional Chinese practice will improve your health, and increase vitality in all areas of your life.
