Josh has been a wonderful coach and trainer. I started out doing bootcamp with him and transitioned to weightlifting and strength training similar to crssfit. He has pushed my fitness level and helped me achieve my goals. Since starting I have lost about 30 pounds and have kept it off and become faster and stronger because of Josh and his training techniques along with nutritional advice. I just wish I had more time to train with him and learn more of what he has to offer. He is a great coach and really someone who cares about the fitness and not the money. Columbia, SC misses you Josh! Your are irreplaceable.
Alex is a great personal trainer. He is able to adapt to your needs, and he takes care to make sure you're being challenged. He is easy to work with, and listens to communication. Alex has a tremendous amount of personal training knowledge and is able to convey that information in an easy to understand manner. I would strongly recommend Alex as a personal trainer.
When Kelly was in Coeur d' Alene working at 360 fitness I got the pleasure of participating in some of her Bootcamp classes. I have been to quite a few different bootcamp classes, but Kelly's classes were always filled with new exercises which kept the classes fresh and interesting, while keeping my body guessing. I haven't found another instructor as innovative as she is.
Michele was my personal trainer and she was EXCELLENT. She kept me on-track, accountable, and motivated, and we saw great results. In addition to regular personal training, I took her Global Vibes classes and found them to be fun and a real workout. When I was recovering from some surgery, she was cognizant of the recovering areas and worked with me to wellness. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michele. If I hadn't moved out of town, I'd still be with her!
Training with Amanda is awesome! She is smart and energetic and knows what I need! It's a great workout with new and challenging things that I look forward to doing! I can see myself getting totally in shape and learning tons of new things!
