Arielle is a very straightforward, hardworking, and dedicated trainer. She is helping me build my body so that I can have more energy and strength to do the things I love most. She really knows her stuff and most importantly she pays very close attention to where my limits are so that I feel safe. She stays in communication and always follows up when necessary. For anyone who feels they need a personal trainer to show them the ropes or give them the motivation to reach their physical fitness goals I would definitely recommend Arielle.
I couldn't make my weight loss goal last year. I needed more accountability, plus I had a bad knee injury that needed to be strengthened. I have only done 10 sessions with BJ and my entire body is already showing huge improvements in strength, mobility, confidence and tightening. I have never hired a personal trainer and I have no regrets. BJ makes it fun while helping me stay focused and to breathe. (which for some reason I forget to do) If my knee is having a bad day, he adjusts "on the fly" while still keeping the exercise challenging. The best part of my training so far, is that my girlfriends have all noticed that my "ass" looks tighter and more firm! Woohoo!!
We've just had the initial consultation so far but I've signed with her. She seems enthusiastic & well-organized plus I think she'll be a lot of fun to work with. I'm nervous since this will be my first experience with a trainer and she's put me at ease.
Kelly is very knowledgeable and motivated. She tailors work outs and meal plans to help you reach your goals. She worked w my schedule, very flexible. She came to my home, on time, ready, planed work out and gave a lot of corrections in my technique..for my benefit. I don't know how I got so lucky to have such a great trainer at such a great price.
I've had Nichole as my personal trainer three times a week for a year next month, and I couldn't be happier! There's a noticeable improvement in my body: I'm much stronger and I fit into clothes I haven't fit into clothing I haven't fit into in years! I can't say I've been dieting, but I try not to overdo it every day--only sometimes ;) And the bonus is we have a lot of fun! I highly recommend Nichole whatever your fitness goals are; she's adaptable to your needs. I'm a "mature" adult, but getting stronger day by day, and plan to keep her to stay that way!

When I first started looking for a personal trainer I wasn't sure of what I was looking for. I wanted someone who could help me reach my goals of weight loss while simultaneously strengthening my body and gaining my energy back. But I wasn't looking for a drill Sargeant either. With both my athletic history and past injuries, I needed someone who could be understanding and build a work out that was specific to my needs. And with Tyrone I feel like I have found that good balance in a Trainer! Before even knowing me or my needs, he spoke about wanting to know my health history so he could plan a program that suited me and my lifestlye. He is great at pushing you to do more than you thought you could do, while also not pushing you so hard that afterwards you feel like your body will just giveout! In my first 2-3 weeks of training with him 2 days a week I lost 5 lbs and I am still going. Tyrone is a great Coach/Trainer and I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends!
The best experience I have had with a personal trainer Lily makes me look forward to work outs. Not only is she knowledgeable and good at what she does but she cares about you and she's fun! Her gym is perfect for me because there are no distractions, it's just her and I. I am already seeing results in just 2 weeks.. Love her!
I've had a few Personal Trainers (PT) over the years, some with greater success than others. After a few months of kicking around what I needed to do and which PT to use to achieve my overall health goals, I finally committed to working with Vada Rubino. When I think about where I started and where I am today, I’m amazed. I give all the credit to Vada. I’m grateful that she brought me along slowly. Vada was able to identify where I had issues and to work around old and new injuries. I believe it also helped that I was realistic about the time it would take to achieve the kind of progress I needed. Even though it was hard work, Vada was able to make it fun. Still, to accomplish my goals required discipline and consistency, I rarely missed an appointment; it was worth it, all of it. Because of Vada, today I am stronger, much more balanced and have the confidence to do the things I struggled with in the recent past. What she has accomplished with me has far exceeded my expectation. For that reason, I plan on continuing my training with Vada for the long term. If you’re looking for a personal trainer that will give you the right attention you need to accomplish your goals, Vada is the PT I would highly recommend.
I went to Bryan with bad knees, lower back problems and 80 pounds to lose. I had been to several trainers and had discouraging results. My goal was to lose enough weight so that I would be able to get the knee surgery my dr recommended. Not only did Bryan help me to achieve my weight goal-he helped me lose and extra 30 lbs. He also designed a program that strengthened my knees and back so much that I no longer require surgery. I absolutely recommend Bryan if you need someone to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Due to Kody's background as a personal trainer, I wasn't surprised at his excellent massage therapy skills. He has a solid understanding of the human muscular system, making his massage work thorough and effective. He has a great touch and healing vibe. I highly recommend!
The personal trainer I worked with took a different position elsewhere and I was left without a trainer. Chris came highly recommended so I figured why not. My first impression of Chris was that he is very professional, flexible and goal oriented. I appreciate that he takes the time to understand my physical history and work with me to reach my many potentials. Even though I meet with him twice a week, he is always available via phone, text or email any time of the day to answer my many questions. Chris is always willing to work with his clients to meet any of their needs and schedule even waking up at 4am to train. Thank you Chris for always pushing me to be better!
I have been a customer of Joe's for over a year now and I could not be more happy with the results that he has pushed me to achieve! He is very easy to talk to and get along with! Joe is a well rounded trainer and has a solid background in Kickboxing. I am constantly seeing results both mentally and physically because of the attention to detail that Joe provides with every workout. Looking forward to many more sessions!
Lori has been nothing short of an amazing personal trainer. I've worked with her for a year now and have been able to reach my fitness goals, which seemed impossible. Every session is packed with new drills and sequences that keep my body and mind guessing and having fun. And yes, I said fun! Lori's positive 'can do' attitude and humor pushes me beyond my comfort zone. Needless to say my quality 1:1 time with her every week also steeps into other areas of my life (work, relationships etc). Do yourself a favor and schedule a workout session with her. I never thought I'd be someone to pay for a personal trainer. But my experience with Josh has proved to be an amazing investment. I have always been an active person, but intimidated when it came to the gym. Josh has educated me on the proper usage of equipment and the mechanics of my body, teaching me how to utilize perfect form to sculpt exactly what muscle we're aiming for. He cares about my personal goals in the gym, and supports me beyond that. I couldn't ask for a better person to work out with and motivate me. I would recommend working with josh to anyone who is looking for a strong and dedicated trainer to get them where they want to be when it comes to health and esthetics.
