We've just had the initial consultation so far but I've signed with her. She seems enthusiastic & well-organized plus I think she'll be a lot of fun to work with. I'm nervous since this will be my first experience with a trainer and she's put me at ease.

I've had Nichole as my personal trainer three times a week for a year next month, and I couldn't be happier! There's a noticeable improvement in my body: I'm much stronger and I fit into clothes I haven't fit into clothing I haven't fit into in years! I can't say I've been dieting, but I try not to overdo it every day--only sometimes ;) And the bonus is we have a lot of fun! I highly recommend Nichole whatever your fitness goals are; she's adaptable to your needs. I'm a "mature" adult, but getting stronger day by day, and plan to keep her to stay that way!

When I first started looking for a personal trainer I wasn't sure of what I was looking for. I wanted someone who could help me reach my goals of weight loss while simultaneously strengthening my body and gaining my energy back. But I wasn't looking for a drill Sargeant either. With both my athletic history and past injuries, I needed someone who could be understanding and build a work out that was specific to my needs. And with Tyrone I feel like I have found that good balance in a Trainer! Before even knowing me or my needs, he spoke about wanting to know my health history so he could plan a program that suited me and my lifestlye. He is great at pushing you to do more than you thought you could do, while also not pushing you so hard that afterwards you feel like your body will just giveout! In my first 2-3 weeks of training with him 2 days a week I lost 5 lbs and I am still going. Tyrone is a great Coach/Trainer and I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends!

I've had a few Personal Trainers (PT) over the years, some with greater success than others. After a few months of kicking around what I needed to do and which PT to use to achieve my overall health goals, I finally committed to working with Vada Rubino. When I think about where I started and where I am today, I’m amazed. I give all the credit to Vada. I’m grateful that she brought me along slowly. Vada was able to identify where I had issues and to work around old and new injuries. I believe it also helped that I was realistic about the time it would take to achieve the kind of progress I needed. Even though it was hard work, Vada was able to make it fun. Still, to accomplish my goals required discipline and consistency, I rarely missed an appointment; it was worth it, all of it. Because of Vada, today I am stronger, much more balanced and have the confidence to do the things I struggled with in the recent past. What she has accomplished with me has far exceeded my expectation. For that reason, I plan on continuing my training with Vada for the long term. If you’re looking for a personal trainer that will give you the right attention you need to accomplish your goals, Vada is the PT I would highly recommend.
I went to Bryan with bad knees, lower back problems and 80 pounds to lose. I had been to several trainers and had discouraging results. My goal was to lose enough weight so that I would be able to get the knee surgery my dr recommended. Not only did Bryan help me to achieve my weight goal-he helped me lose and extra 30 lbs. He also designed a program that strengthened my knees and back so much that I no longer require surgery. I absolutely recommend Bryan if you need someone to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Nsima is seriously a legit GREAT trainer. Don't let his stern appearance fool you, he is a friendly giant lol. I assure you he is 100% NATURAL. He works really hard for what he wants and it shows. He knows what he is doing and knows what is he talking about, very KNOWLEDGEABLE for sure! He is all about FORM, FORM, FORM and of course nutrition! I 100% completely recommend him whether you are trying to lose weight, gain weight, tone, or compete in shows. He is very supportive and understanding. He is also very flexible. If something comes up and you can't make a session, he is very lenient as long as you give him at least a 24hr notice. He provides a breakdown of macros (i like his program because you can pretty much eat whatever you want as long as it fits your macros numbers), what it means in regards to your body and how each workout benefits each muscle group. He provides workout regiments catered to his gym and as well as other commercial gyms if you can't make it to the gym that he trains at. Another thing about Nsima is that he is not like most personal trainers-he talks to you with respect and patience and does not think he is above you. He actually cares about your gains and losses and will also go over what it is that is preventing you from both. He pushes you to do better in each workout and if you can't, no problem! He will adjust the workout to what you can do so there is no pressure of "failing" with him. He rather you do it safely in correct form at a lighter weight and less reps/sets than do heavy weights at an incorrect form. He gives great advice and tips generously and is easily accessible via phone, email, and/or in person. He is also budget friendly. His rates for in person training and online training is WAY cheaper than most trainers who charge around $100+ for a 1 HOUR session only. I was training with him for about 3-4 months and saw a noticeable change in my problematic areas such as abs and triceps. If it weren't for such a busy schedule this year I would still be with him. I cannot wait until I can train with him again! =)

I have been training with Chris for about a year and a half and I genuinely appreciate his approach and attitude about fitness. Key highlights: 1) He is a success story himself. Just ask for a photo from 10 years ago and you will be amazed. That means he knows better than anyone how challenging it can be to reach your goals. 2) He's thoughtful about individualizing a plan that works for you, and is geared towards getting the results you want. 3) Chris will help you in your overall fitness routine, even outside of personal training. This means creating cardio routines, meal plans, and making sure to keep you on track. 4) He tries to be as accommodating as possible to schedules, meaning he trains in the wee hours of the morning into the evening! Hope this is helpful, give training with Chris a shot. I am so glad that I did!
Hana is awesome!! She goes way out f her way to make sure you are doing things technically correct so you get the full benefit from the exercise! She will help you watch you food intake and make the right choices in many aspects of your overall health... DO yourself a favor and hit Hana up for personal training!!
I have been working with Chloe for a few weeks. She is always on time, with a smile and encouragement on her face. She gave me a sweet gift basket with lots of healthy snacks and always reminds me to drink my water. I receive motivational messages from her daily and I expect to be very successful with her training and dedication.
I never thought I'd be someone to pay for a personal trainer. But my experience with Josh has proved to be an amazing investment. I have always been an active person, but intimidated when it came to the gym. Josh has educated me on the proper usage of equipment and the mechanics of my body, teaching me how to utilize perfect form to sculpt exactly what muscle we're aiming for. He cares about my personal goals in the gym, and supports me beyond that. I couldn't ask for a better person to work out with and motivate me. I would recommend working with josh to anyone who is looking for a strong and dedicated trainer to get them where they want to be when it comes to health and esthetics.

I know how to train people. Its very simple. The first two weeks we are going to be climbing uphill. After that it becomes a lot more fun and room for improvement lies more in your hands than it will in mine. I am a very necessary tool in a persons life especially if that person realizes that they need a push to get started. Its like a snowball effect after that.
