Nicolai provided excellent service, he was on time, and travelled to a remote farm for the event. Prior to the event he asked what type of event it was and then provided recommendations of what cocktails would go great with the event. His price was very reasonable too. I asked him why it was so reasonable, and to him the most important thing is his customers. He is new to town and wants to build his network in the Bay Area. I would definetly hire Nicolai again.

Nicolai was absolutely fantastic! He came in early to set up the bar, brought his professional equipment, asked the right questions, had the best attitude and made great drinks! The party was still going at the time he supposed to leave but he agreed to stay one more hour for us. I can tell he has a lot of fun bartending! We lucked out with Nicolai.. he charges a low fee because he knows he will earn a good tip.. can't recommend this guy enough!!

Nicolai was very professional and knowledgeable as our bartender for our company event. We had 100 people and served beer and wine. We also hired his company to wait and care for our food area. She also did a wonderful job. They were both great people, polite, clean and I will hire them again for work and for personal events.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based off of the needs of your event and are very reasonable compared to the value of my services
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Throughout the year I take refresher classes on drink recipes, products as well as new techniques. I also take refresher courses through T.I.Ps and A.B.C to ensure safety and responsible drink consumption.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I typically first any questions about drinks and menu options. I then come in and set up by preparing my work space along with any garnishes. Throughout the event I make sure guests are being taken care of and check in with the host to see if any special request are needed. After the event I clean up and debrief with my clients and thank them for giving me the opportunity to make the event unforgettable.
