- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide competitive pricing for an excellent service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I schedule an onsite meeting to meet the client in person and get all the information I need to provide a free quote within a couple of days. If a client chooses to work with me, we then find a convenient start date for the job. All throughout the job, and even afterwards, I have an open door policy, where the client can contact me anytime with any questions or concerns. I strive to make clients as happy as possible and make sure they get what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with 10 years of painting experience, I have a bachelor's degree in marketing from Sonoma State University. This experience allows me to provide an excellent service at a competitive price with customer service second to none.
