Introduction: We don't just put numbers on tax return we like to know where the number come from. By spending time to learn about the client and the tax return we find ways to help the client plan for the future. Putting numbers on the return is the easy part, understanding why they are there and what they are doing to or for you is what we help you to understand. I enjoy educating people about how the tax return works. It is a kind of puzzle that we get to work on. Showing people how they can save money in taxes and watching them get an understanding of how it works is great to see.

Michael is my go to guy for anything related to taxes or accounting. I rely on him to advise me and guide me and he has never failed me. When I stump him with a question he becomes a dog on a bone and gets me the answer I need.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very easy. We price per form that is prepared. The average cost of a return is around $279.00. Some are more and some are less.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an enrolled agent I have to have 72 hours of continuing education every 3 years. No less then 16 hours a year with 2 hours being on ethics.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I was able to help a client who has been disputing with a former partner about his tax return. We got the partners CPA on the phone and were able to explain to him the problems with the return and how he needed to correct them. This made my client very happy.
