FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to give the lowest quotes out there! My base price starts at $800 and I work with each couple individually to build a quote together. There are a lot of factors that will make me lower my price! Is it a short commute? Is it a simple day of coordination? Do you only need me there for the ceremony and half of the reception? I want to give you everything you are looking for in a coordinator without going over your budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know you and your fiance! How did you meet? How did he propose? How long have you known each other? Then I find out what you need. Do you need someone to make hotel reservations, send out and keep track of invitations - or do you just need someone to make sure your day runs smoothly. A lot of couples now a days do everything themselves because its cheaper. I get that! But on your wedding day, you don't want to be doing anything but getting married! Let me be the person that makes sure that happens. I also understand not everyone is a phone call kind of person. Maybe you work odd hours or maybe you just prefer texting And emailing. In any case, I am reachable by phone, email, text, Thumbtack and Facebook. I'm flexible!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I dont have any proffesional training, only what I have learned through the many events I have put on myself. But I have done festivals, street fair production, holiday parties, birthday parties, weddings, family reunions, short notice events, all ranging in guest size of 30 people to 100,000 people.
