- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The retainer fee will be placed in trust to use to pay for bills as needed. Hourly Rates: $395/ hour for Attorney Darci McKean $225/ hour for Certified Law Student/Law Clerk $175/ hour for Paralegal $75/ hour for Administrative Staff
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First 30 minute phone call consultation is free. From there we we have new clients fill out our Family Law Intake Form and Fee Agreement Form that matches the criteria necessary for each Client's case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ms. McKean received her law degree from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. Ms. McKean is also a certified member of Associate of Family and Conciliation Courts. Before attending law school, Ms. McKean worked for the Sacramento County Department of Child Support Services and was a family law paralegal.
